Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Learn and participate in the arena conversion process alongside the Operations team, including setup and teardown of flooring, seating, barricades, staging, and event equipment.
Gain hands-on experience supporting daily facility operations such as receiving deliveries, transporting materials, and maintaining supply levels to ensure event readiness.
Contribute to process improvement efforts by assisting with updates to standard operating procedures and departmental documentation.
Take part in event operations by assisting with logistics and responding to operational needs throughout the event day.
Shadow various departments during events aligned to intern's interest (including Security, Guest Services, Event Services, Sustainability, etc.).

Salary

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Execute daily pick, pack, and ship operations with accuracy and speed to meet delivery commitments.
Coordinate with carriers for pickup scheduling, tracking, and delivery optimization.
Process orders using warehouse management systems and maintain shipment documentation.
Inventory Management
Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy across all SKUs.

Track deliveries of major equipment and subs indicating shipping requirements and anticipating delivery dates. (Request proper delivery notice at that time.)
Coordinate with field personnel to ensure QA/QC documentation is completed and submitted as required.
Gather information for changes in work and turnover to estimating for pricing.
Assist field personnel in closeout of project.
Escalate critical and/or sensitive issues to the Project Manager with recommendation for resolution.
Comply with all Company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs as established.
Perform additional assignments as directed by the Project Manager or Asst. Project Manager.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

COMPUTER SKILLS
Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel)
Familiarity with project management/document control software preferred (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, MS Project).
