Mr. Rogerson serves on the boards of PPL Corporation, Ashland Global Holdings Inc., the American Chemistry Council, the Society of Chemical Industry, and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. He also serves on the Advisory board of the Michigan State University Chemical Engineering & Materials Science College. For Hexion Holdings Corporation, he serves on the Listing Committee.
