We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 and/or small-group behavioral support for students in a school-based setting in Rhode Island. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans and support students' academic, social, and emotional success.

Key Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA

Qualifications
Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field (licensure not required)
License eligible (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT)
Experience working with youth and families
Valid driver's license and daily access to a registered and insured vehicle

We are seeking licensed Master's Level Clinicians to provide assessment and treatment to adults on our Adult Outpatient team on a part-time basis. In this position you will have a critical role both delivering direct services and as a clinical consultant to the multi-disciplinary team.
Provide group, individual and family therapy to clients as required.
Conduct diagnostic assessments including initial intakes and on-going assessments.
Work with service recipients to create person-centered recovery plans.
Provide clinical consultation and guidance to case management staff.
Complete all agency records utilizing a collaborative documentation approach.
Participate in crisis response services providing risk assessment, crisis intervention, stabilization and counseling, and assessment for hospitalization.
Serve as a client advocate with appropriate and timely referrals to other agencies, provide consultation and follow-up communication with law enforcement agencies, community agencies, schools, medical facilities and inpatient units.
Actively participate in team communication processes that ensure appropriate services and outcomes.
