JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Executing Strategy
This position is a multi-faceted role leveraging solid SAP integration technology experience along with consulting and project management skills to operate and fulfill expectations including, but not limited to:
Technology Leadership & Development
* Leads technology roadmap for SAP Application-to-Application (A2A) Integration Middleware Technologies.
* Leads associated technology assessments and technology standards development.
* Ensures all A2A integration blueprint documents, configuration documents and functional specification documents are created in compliance with our architectural frameworks and architecture standards.
* Participate in multiple (and sometimes parallel) implementations and continuous improvement projects in a solutionsarchitect role, including activities such as:
* Definition of project scope, based on workshops with business and IT functional representatives and knowledge of our landscape and solutions.
* Participate in functional blueprinting sessions with business and IT stakeholders to understand key system integration requirements.
* Leads solution ideation sessions with IT functional analysts and architects to design integrations that meet complex requirements.
* Reviews and approves functional specifications for integration technology development created by Owens Corning's IT partners.
* Provides direction to OC and Partner IT resources during system integration build and testing activities including configuration, development, unit testing, integrated testing, and user validation testing.
* Leads the scoping and execution of proof of concepts to model's complex requirements, confirm viable solution options, and provide solution recommendations to IT leadership.
* Assesses and delivers recommendations on existing SAP business platform interfaces to drive continuous improvement, including performance improvements, interface monitoring and alerting capabilities, interface error reduction and automation of manual processes.
* Scopes and leads optimization activities on existing system integrations that drive efficiencies, lower operational costs and ensure long term sustainability.
* Collaborates with other product architects across other initiatives and implementations.
* Provides technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
* Collaborates with BASIS and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth system upgrades and patch management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; we may consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
* 7 years of experience in Application integration, API management, Managed File Transfer and supporting integration systems for application to application (A2A).
* 5 years of experience in SAP integration middleware technologies including SAP Process Integration, SAP Process Orchestration, SAP BTP Integration Suite/SAP BTP Cloud Platform Integration, and/or SAP API Management.
EXPERIENCE
* Expertise across Integration Domains, Integrations Styles, Use Case Patterns, and Integration Technology Mapping.
* Hands-on experience with Application integration, API management, Managed File Transfer and supporting integration systems for application to application (A2A) as a part of SAP ERP deployments.
* Hands-on experience in operational support of systems integration and monitoring of mission critical, time sensitive business processes integrated with SAP ERP systems (ECC or S/4).
* Experience in supplier relationships, managing and collaborating with external IT suppliers both in on-shore and off-shore models.
* Experience analyzing and presenting data driven performance results to leadership and providing insight on root causes and improvement options.
* Experience designing and delivering unique solutions to complex integrations with a wide degree of creativity.
* Previously led assessment of platforms as a part of a new technology evaluation and selection process.
* Previously led proof of concept project(s) to validate the applicability of a new technology to a business process, including accountability for the summary report-out of findings.
* Experience collaborating across international boundaries a plus.
* Project Management training or certification a plus.

This individual will work closely with multiple stakeholders including, the Customer Response Team (warranty), science & technology, marketing, legal, sales, manufacturing, and building science. This position supports the Warranty Department and Inspection Team at the World Headquarters.
This role is one of a team of Field Technical Specialists. This role is not region specific and will provide support to the Quality Assurance and Warranty Teams as needed.
Reports to: Roofing Field Technical Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Inspection
* Provide inspection, evaluation, and documentation of workmanship for projects with Owens Corning workmanship coverage in support of the Platinum & Preferred extended warranties program.
* Conduct on-site roof inspections on warranty claims. Provide thorough documentation and recommendations. Inspections include evaluation of all site condition impacting roof performance including ventilation and general construction quality.
* Review and evaluate inspection reports provided by customers and third-party providers.
* Maintain proper documentation on customer related claims.
* Act as field representative/project manager on major claims.
* In all activities, be safe and be a leader for roof safety practices.
Technical Support
* Provide real time technical assistance to the Customer Solutions Team and call center.
* Author letters & technical bulletins (certification, deviation, application & warranty exceptions).
* Handle incoming technical phone inquiries from customers and sales team.
* Provide technical support to the marketing team for communications, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
* Work with contractors and the customer response team to resolve job-stops and product acceptance issues.
* Author written responses to code officials and customers regarding product use, application, and performance as required.
Training
* Provide technical training to roofing contractors, sales, and customers.
* Develop presentations and curriculum focused on technical product and field application.
* Conduct hands-on product application training for sales, business leaders, suppliers, contractors, customer service, & customer solutions teams.
New Product Development
* Provide input on new product development and product applications to ensure that new products can be properly and easily installed in the field.
* Write application instructions for new products and systems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma, Technical Degree (Engineering, Sciences or Architecture) preferred but not required.
* Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and have the ability to carry a ladder.
* Ability to safely access steep-slope roofs for inspection and/or forensic analysis.
* Ability to travel up to 75% of the time. Travel will be required within the U.S. and Canada
Experience:
* Bi-lingual Fluent in Spanish preferred.
* 5+ Years in the Steep Slope roofing industry - Preference is given to those with direct experience/knowledge of asphalt shingle installation and prescribed good roofing practices, or substantial technical service experience in commercial roofing applications.

The AI solutions manager will serve as a strategic advisor to business line, functional, and project leadership and close collaborator with the GBU Innovation manager to identify, develop, and implement solutions that improve safety, increase productivity, and inform efficient decision-making across the business. The remit is to underpin and lead our nascent efforts to integrate AI into the foundation of how we design, build, and deliver mega-projects in the energy market.#LI-AA1
Major Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with business goals
Advise GBU, functional and project leadership on where and how AI can deliver the most cross value across functions (e.g. engineering, construction, commissioning & start up, project controls, supply chain, operations)
Collaborate with the GBU Innovation Manager, internal subject matter experts, data
scientists, engineers, and IT teams to architect and deliver end-to-end AI solutions
Build, prioritize and manage a portfolio of high impact AI initiatives.
Promote execution driven ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative AI/ML solutions and managing the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to deployment and updates
Oversee proof-of-concept pilots and guide them through testing, deployment, and scaling phases, coordinating with internal resources and third parties as required
Ensure AI solutions are explainable, responsible, secure, and aligned with ethics, governance and compliance standards
Partner across functional and project teams to embed AI capabilities into core business processes and digital workflows
Identify and resolve organizational barriers to AI adoption, including change management, data readiness, and upskilling
Promote AI use and integration, building awareness and educating teams on tools such as Microsoft Copilot, generative AI platforms, and predictive analytics
Education and Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in related field and 8-10 years of relevant experience in AI, data science, or digital transformation roles that combine technical delivery with business impact or 15+ years industry work experience
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical AI solutions Effective communicator, able to confer complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Solid technical background and/or hands-on knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including machine learning frameworks, natural language processing, enterprise data architecture, computer vision, and LLM-based tools
Strong knowledge of prompt engineering concepts
Advanced level Azure Cloud and Azure AI stack experience
Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI

Architecture & Facilities Engineering (A&FE) is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to represent the Disneyland Resort on projects. Our department supports a wide range of project sizes and types that include retail shops, attractions, hotels, entertainment venues, restaurants, maintenance facilities, offices, and nearly any facility and area development found on our property. Projects range from preliminary research to full facility assessments to minor or major renovations to new facilities. You will work in close collaboration with other engineering disciplines and multiple internal Disney project teams. This role is responsible for the overall architectural design management of numerous, simultaneous projects across a wide variety of facility types.
Our Architects lead the projects, develop project scope, coordinate internal Disney partners, and manage external design firms and contractors to deliver projects that meet Disney standards, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. You are expected to possess deep technical expertise, strong knowledge of applicable codes, and the ability to actively participate and lead in all phases of design and construction. You will be stepping into any phase of a project to technically review drawings, resolve issues, and facilitate progress to ensure a successful project delivery.
You will report to the Manager - Architecture.
What You Will Do
Owners Architect: Provide architectural leadership and design management at the project level for a portfolio of projects from concept through construction and closeout.
Lead and coordinate the architectural design of multiple concurrent projects (25+ at a time), partnering closely with Disney Project Managers and internal stakeholders. Projects will vary in scale.
Manage and direct external Architects, Engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, budget, and Disney standards.
Develop detailed project scopes of work and prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for external design and consulting services.
Serve as a technical architectural specialist with strong knowledge of architectural detailing, coordination of sections and elevations, requirements for UL listing, design options for fire protection, waterproofing and material transitions.
Demonstrate familiarity with all phases of design and construction, from feasibility and schematic design through construction administration and closeout.
Participate in and support construction activities, including on-site presence to analyze and facilitate issue resolution.
Provide leadership during Construction Administration, including: 1) Coordination with Architects of Record (AOR), Engineers of Record (EOR), and General Contractors; 2) Guidance on permitting strategies, inspections, and field issue resolution; and 3) Review, processing and resolution of RFIs.
Act as a liaison with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and regulatory agencies, representing Disney's interests throughout design and construction.
Develop and present construction phasing plans for review and approval by AHJs, internal Disney partners, and construction teams.
Ensure projects are coordinated across disciplines and integrated with operational, safety, and guest experience requirements.
Maintain high-level knowledge of current codes and regulations applicable to projects in Anaheim, California, including but not limited to: California Building Code (CBC), Accessibility and fire-life-safety regulations, Cal-OSHA requirements, Orange County Health Care Agency (OCHCA) Food and Safety Codes.
Understand all construction types and their implications on design, permitting, and construction execution.
Design Assurance and Disney Standards: Ensure all projects meet Disney's quality, safety, and design expectations.
Lead project design reviews at key milestones to ensure compliance with Disney design guidelines, standards, and master specifications.
Provide quality assurance (QA/QC) across multiple projects, focusing on constructability, coordination, and long-term maintainability.
Partner with internal teams to interpret, apply, and enforce Disney standards and code requirements while supporting creative and operational objectives.
Demonstrate strong interdisciplinary communication with the ability to evaluate and integrate the architectural design with Structural, Civil, MEP, Facility Infrastructure, Show/Attraction Specialties, Ride Engineering, Graphics, Operations and more.
Identify risks, code challenges, and design conflicts early, and develop clear, actionable solutions.
Support executive and stakeholder decision-making by presenting concise and fair technical analyses and recommendations.

The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, CA is $111,900.00 to $138,800.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. ABOUT THE JOB
The Tepa Companies are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead and support our customers' and project managers' GIS tasks and activities. This role provides technical leadership and support in the areas of geospatial requirements gathering, solution design/implementation, GIS system integration, software deployments, GIS system administration, troubleshooting and training. The Senior Solutions Engineer leads small to medium sized efforts (at times including the activities of technical resources on those projects) to ensure successful completion and typically will have significant interaction with client staff, Tepa project managers and other technical resources. This role often assists project managers by managing significant portions of technical projects and client relationships.
Job Functions:
* Provides advanced geospatial expertise to managers, clients and technical staff
* Leads technical discussions both internally and with customer teams, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing and training
* Provides and document reviews, recommendations, procedures and designs in support of Tepa and client enterprise GIS activities along with the technologies that often integrate with GIS
* Advises the selection of technological purchases, with regards to system specifications and requirements relevant to geospatial processing, data storage, data access, data acquisition, etc.
* Creates standards and procedures for geospatial projects, data and applications and database structures and relationships
* Works alongside project managers to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives
