doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. To be successful in this position,
you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

The ideal candidate possesses a blend of component development and quality background from any automotive or similar background. The refrigerant loop engineer will be focused on root causing the warranty/quality issues related to AC compressors and AC lines. Candidate will be responsible to help triage and root cause issues along with finding future process/design improvement opportunities related to refrigerant loop. Duties may include documenting the issues, maintaining relevant presentations and work with the global issue management (GIM), AI data analysis tool, Statistical tools, support onsite part reviews and make necessary trips to suppliers or to the Stellantis plants. In a day-to-day role, candidate may need to interface with multiple stakeholders such as powertrain, BIW, Aero/Thermal, Engine Cooling and suppliers (not limited to). Candidate may also be required to support bench level testing and vehicle reviews to identify the root cause and help fix the issues for critical warranty topics.
Candidates are also expected to lead meetings and establish containment actions for quality related issues pertaining to refrigerant loop. Product development and maintaining DVPR may also be required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure that all safety requirements are followed accurately and timely so that all members and guests enjoy a safe and positive recreational experience.
Keep the pool, pool area, locker rooms and office area clean and neat at all times.
Understand the pool rules and enforce them tactfully.
