Michael Stubblefield is our President and CEO, a position he has held since May 2014. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Stubblefield served as a Senior Expert for Chemicals Practice of McKinsey & Company from 2013 to 2014. Prior to this role, Mr. Stubblefield held a variety of roles at Celanese Corporation from 1994 to 2012, including Vice President and General Manager, Advanced Engineered Materials and Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Stubblefield earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Utah, as well as an MBA from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.

Thaddeus Fortin works at Haas Group International LLC and a CEO at Haas Group International LLC and is based in Greater Philadelphia Area. He studied at Ithaca College between 1977 and 1981.

As chairman and chief executive officer, Carol is committed to delivering on HWI’s mission and achieving its vision of being the first and only call for industry. Most recently, Carol was senior vice president and general manager at HWI, responsible for commercial operations globally. She has nearly two decades of progressive experience in building global businesses. Prior to joining HWI in 2014, Carol served as Vice President of the bar, wire, and strip business units of Carpenter Technology Corporation. She also progressed through numerous roles at PPG Industries, where she was ultimately Director of Global Raw Materials Purchasing. In 2019, Carol was elected to the Board of Directors of Sensient Technologies Corporation (NYSE: SXT) and elected as President of the World Refractories Association (WRA). She is serving a two-year term as WRA’s first North American leader. Carol has a bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University, an MBA (MSIA) from Carnegie Mellon University, and a juris doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Carol works intensely every day to build a competitive differential advantage and drive performance and profitability.

James M Williamson is a Chief Executive Officer at CPS Products Inc and is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He has worked as Vice President of Operations at Marshall Excelsior, Operations Manager at DANAHER CORP /DE/, and C.O.O. at Takoda Group LLC. James attended California State University, San Bernardino between 1988 and 1992 and Naestved Handelsskolen between 1985 and 1986.
