In these positions, you perform moderately heavy physical labor requiring the use of common hand tools and power equipment involving any or all of the following duties:
* Operate heavy power equipment such as lawn mowers, portable snow blowers and all types of hand tools (such as shovels, rakes, lawn edging equipment, etc.) to maintain buildings, grounds, trails, etc.
* Load and unload supplies and materials from trucks, trailers, dollies, etc.
* Move furniture, remove and set signs, paint picnic tables and signs, rake and water lawns, trim trees and shrubbery, pick up litter and/or clean fire pits.
* Dig ditches and trenches with pick and shovel; occasionally break up pavement, soil or concrete; mix and power concrete, asphalt and hot/cold mix; fill and level holes in damaged roads.

Additionally, for Laborer (Motor Vehicle Operating) positions at the WG-5 level: These positions must on a regular and recurring basis operate light duty motor vehicles weighing up to 10,000 pounds (such as pick-up trucks, panel trucks, flatbed trucks, etc) to transport personnel, material, or equipment to work sites over Federal, state, and county roads and city streets in all traffic conditions. Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid state driver's license and be at least 18 years old

Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor or Owner(s)
Housekeepers are responsible for the overall cleanliness of the campground including the public space areas and all accommodations according to standards. All areas should be efficiently cleaned within the allotted times while providing great guest service.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Perform the daily, weekly and monthly cleaning programs for specific buildings and facilities as outlined by immediate supervisor or owner(s).
Use appropriate cleaning chemicals on appropriate items and only as trained. Do not mix chemicals together or use straight out of original bottle. Must use appropriate safety measures such as gloves.
Be aware of blood borne pathogen procedures and contact supervisor when needed.
Bring all lost and found items to main office with cabin number and date on them. If it is something valuable, it needs to be given directly to a housekeeping supervisor to ensure it is locked up immediately.
Provide excellent and friendly guest service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to all guests needs. Greet the guests at every opportunity by demonstrating a friendly welcome.
Present a positive impression with a well-groomed appearance, smiles and proper KOA uniform and name tag.
Submit a list of supplies (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaning supplies and equipment, etc.) that need to be replenished on an as-needed basis to your immediate supervisor or owner(s).
Report all broken or damaged items within all campground buildings, facilities and premises.
Report all customer problems, requests or complaints to your supervisor or owner(s) and follow-up to resolve the issue if possible.

This plant currently has 150 hourly employees operating multiple shifts. The plant primarily produces vacuum delivery systems along with the associated vacuum producer and filtration equipment and accessories. Processes include metal bending, forming, welding, assembly, laser cutting, wet paint, powder coat, electrical assembly, rotating equipment assembly, packaging and shipping. This is a non-union operation.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
Provide leadership and development to the team and create an engaging environment with clear responsibilities, defined goals and objectives, and visibility to weekly progress reporting.
Work collaboratively in a matrix organization:
Partner with sales on demand planning to ensure that the upcoming needs are planned and able to be met and products are shipped on time, accurately, and completely.

Education
