Completion of 5 days (40hrs) of orientation with the RCA Competency being completed before the staff member works on their own.
Staff members should be completing their orientation (40 hrs) and working simultaneously on the RCA Modules on Relias.
Staff members may work on their own after completing their (40 hrs) of orientation and the RCA Competency is completed upon completion of orientation. They can continue working on the Relias modules and post tests while working and must complete them within 21 days from their start date.

Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for taking patient history and obtaining vital signs
