Subodh Kulkarni, has been a director of CyberOptics since 2009. Subodh Kulkarni has been our President and Chief Executive Officer since February 2014, was our Executive Chairman from September 2013 to February 2014 and was lead director from December 2012 until his election as Executive Chairman. Subodh Kulkarni was Chief Executive Officer from January 2013 to February 2014 of Prism Computational Sciences, a developer of software tools for scientific and commercial applications in simulation of hot gases and plasma used in many applications, including the semiconductor industry. Subodh Kulkarni was Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, OEM/Emerging Business, of Imation Corp from 2009 until 2012; Vice President, Global Commercial Business, R&D and Manufacturing of Imation from 2007 through 2009; Vice President, R&D and Manufacturing of Imation from 2006 through 2007; Vice President of R&D of Imation from March 2006 until October 2006; and Executive Director of R&D of Imation from 2004 until March 2006. Prior to 2004, Subodh Kulkarni held various research management positions with 3M Corporation, and prior to that, with IBM. Subodh Kulkarni received his B.S. in chemical engineering (first in his class) from IIT—Bombay, India, and went on to obtain a master’s degree and a PhD in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with thesis work on disilane surface decomposition—used in the manufacture of semiconductors. Subodh Kulkarni has won a number of awards for commercializing technologies he and others have developed in the electronics industry.

Before being named CEO in 2009, Kevin served as Dolby's Chief Financial Officer, developing the financial infrastructure to support growth and expansion. Prior to Dolby, Kevin was the Chief Financial Officer of Epiphany and Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations at Informix. Kevin was inducted as a member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences in 2014. He holds a BS degree in commerce from Santa Clara University.

James Park (born 1976/1977) is an American technology entrepreneur. He co-founded Fitbit and has been its CEO and president since September 2007. He was named in 2015 among Fortune magazine's 40 Under 40, an annual ranking of the most influential young people in business. With a net worth of $660 million estimated by Forbes, he was ranked #29 in the magazine's America's Richest Entrepreneurs Under 40 in 2015. James Park announced that Fitbit became part of Google on January 14, 2021.

Randall A. Lipps is the chairman, president and chief executive officer of Omnicell, Inc., a provider of systems and software solutions to increase patient safety and operational efficiency in health care facilities. He is also the director at large of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Foundation's Board of Directors and is a member of the Board of Directors for Radisphere, a radiology provider.

Robert Painter was appointed Trimble’s president and chief executive officer in January 2020. From 2016 to 2019, he served as chief financial officer, where he was responsible for Trimble’s worldwide finance operations. In 2015, Painter was appointed vice president of Trimble Buildings, a Trimble group focused on BIM-centric businesses that span the Design-Build-Operate continuum of the building lifecycle. From 2011 to 2014, he served as general manager of the Company’s joint venture with Hilti, which was created to foster collaborative development of product innovations for the building construction industry. From 2009 to 2010, he served as general manager of the Company’s Construction Services Division.
