Responsibilities
Coordinate unit staffing and provide leadership while ensuring implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care in assigned areas.
Assign, direct, educate and monitor nursing and support associates during assigned shifts.
Meet with staff and exercises independent judgment to plan the shifts, services, and patient care.
Assess daily patient care needs and develop and distribute patient care assignments, ensuring that population appropriate patient care is given and is accountable for maintaining productivity standards and justifying variances to unit manager or designee.
Respond to complaints about patient care and manage through established channels.
Facilitate availability of adequate material, resources and supplies.
Set priorities appropriate to daily patient/physician dynamics.
Provide input into hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer daten required.
Education:

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
Β· Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
Β· Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.

Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
Β· Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
Β· Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
Β· Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
Β· Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
Β· Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
Β· Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.
Other Requirements:
Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (including protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. About the Role
We're looking for a highly capable and driven Director of Customer Success - Mission Critical to lead implementation efforts, onboard and drive long-term customer value across our most complex and strategic enterprise accounts. Description: Seeking a Technical Support Engineer to perform in-depth diagnostics on robot systems running NixOS, restore services, and clearly document and escalate incidents to development teams when needed. In this role, you'll work directly on live systems, analyzing logs, troubleshooting via SSH, and managing internal services to ensure operational reliability.
The ideal candidate is a technically curious, analytical problem-solver with strong communication skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting. You're comfortable working hands-on in Linux environments, learning new tools quickly, and taking ownership of issues from diagnosis through resolution.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll:
- Diagnose onboard robot systems via SSH, performing rapid triage and resolving hardware/software issues.
- Review system health and logs (uptime, CPU/RAM/disk usage, time sync, systemd status, journalctl, dmesg) and execute updates or service restarts as needed.
- Maintain NixOS systems, verify version integrity, and complete post-update health checks.
- Use command-line tools for configuration, navigation, and log collection (grep, awk, sed, tar, nano/vim, chmod/chown, tmux).
- Conduct basic network diagnostics (ip addr/link/route) and analyze Grafana dashboards to correlate and confirm system alerts.
- Support hardware-level troubleshooting by identifying faulty components and validating replacements.
- Communicate effectively across teams using Slack and YouTrack, maintaining precise documentation of actions and findings.
Daily Tasks:

Required Skills:
