Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** Program Leadership & Governance * Lead multi-year Workday HCM transformation programs * Establish executive governance, roadmap, and funding strategy * Drive alignment between HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and Legal Delivery & Execution * Lead cross-functional workstreams including: * Core HCM * Payroll (US and Global) * Benefits * Time Tracking * Recruiting & Talent * Learning * Compensation & Performance * Reporting & People Analytics * Manage systems integrators, internal teams, and payroll vendors * Own data migration, integrations, and testing strategy HR Transformation * Modernize HR operating model and service delivery * Enable global process standardization and automation * Improve employee and manager self-service experience Finance Transformation * Partner with Finance leadership to modernize: * Chart of Accounts * Financial close processes * Controls and compliance * Reporting and analytics Compliance & Risk * Ensure regulatory compliance (FLSA, ACA, GDPR, SOC, etc.) * Own payroll controls, audits, and validation * Ensure data privacy and security controls Change & Adoption * Lead change management, communications, and training strategy * Drive adoption across all employee populations **Required technical and professional expertise** * 10+ years of HR systems or ERP program leadership * Workday HCM or FIN Certification * 5+ years leading large-scale Workday HCM or FINS implementations * Deep expertise in: * Core HCM * Payroll (US and/or Global) * Benefits * Time Tracking * Talent modules Or * Financial Accounting * Procure-to-Pay * Order-to-Cash * Asset Management * Expenses * Experience delivering multi-country HCM/payroll or Finance programs * Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills **Preferred technical and professional experience** PMP IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
