We are looking for an empathetic, motivated full-time TMS Technicians to provide Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments to our patients. The most important skill is your ability to interact and engage with others in a positive and therapeutic way. TMS Technicians are also responsible for assisting in all administrative aspects of TMS treatments, including scheduling, tracking insurance authorizations, administering psychiatric rating scales, and patient charting. In between patients, technicians may be asked to complete other office tasks.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer TMS treatments according to specific physician protocols. Set up the TMS medical device and monitor all aspects of the treatment sessions for patient comfort and treatment accuracy.
Provide good communication with the physician and other members of the team
Provide excellent patient care and treat patients with compassion while developing trust and rapport. Provide support, reflective listening, and compassion to patients struggling with depression and/or anxiety.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with patient comfort, coil contact, and TMS system setup throughout treatment.
Administer psychiatric rating scales.
Record session notes, track insurance authorizations, and schedule patient visits using EMR and medical scheduling software.
QUALIFICATIONS
TMS experience required
Great people skills
BLS certification
At least one year of experience working in a medical office is preferred, but not required.
Experience working with patients who are suffering from anxiety and depression preferred. Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor, and interface well with patients in a mental health setting required.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
An Associates or Bachelors Degree strongly preferred, but candidates with patient care experience will be strongly considered.

Job Description
MaxHealth is looking to hire a Provider Trainer to provide support to all of our MaxHealth clinics. This role, under the direction of leadership, will be responsible for work with operations to deliver appropriate training and onboarding for providers- including use of software, eClinicalWorks, customer service expectations, and general workflow.
This position requires travel throughout Florida to our various clinics.
Position requires Nurse Practitioner or PA background. Internal Medicine/Primary Care setting experience required. Must have previous training experience.
Will cover at the virtual clinic or in other clinics when not training.
Salary- Flexibility based on experience/qualifications.
Job Qualifications:
Professionals with a healthcare-related degree must have a minimum of 2 years with electronic healthcare system(s) and be familiar with processes, policies, role expectations and medical vocabulary.
Training and / or experience with medical and procedural terminology necessary.
Experience leading teams or clinic management preferred.
Excellent computer skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and written.
Ability to demonstrate positive customer service skills.
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering appropriate training and onboarding for providers to include use of software including ECW, customer service expectations, and general workflow.
Develops training materials, manuals, procedures and visual aids to effectively achieve organizational goals.
Maintains records and tracking of provider competency throughout their training- including serving as a resource to provide training to improve staff performance issues as needed.
Organize training schedules, practicum trainings, finalizing the training content and handouts, etc.
Trains and delegates educational duties to others as necessary. Provides necessary oversight of additional trainers to ensure successful completion of the training curriculum.
Promotes technology and skills development to improve provider business practices.
Participate in cross functional teams to solve system issues.
Completes and adheres to all mandatory Compliance and Regulatory Training.
Maintains an atmosphere that supports customer service and patient satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities
* Provide care including well-woman visits, acute visits, family planning, and gynecological services
* Deliver evidence-based obstetrical care in an outpatient setting
* Perform gynecological procedures such as colposcopy, biopsies, and LARC device insertion
* Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation
* Prepare billing charges and complete tasks per company policy
* Make appropriate referrals for testing, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
* Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff and medical assistants
* Participate in accreditation readiness, peer review, and quality improvement initiatives
* Supervise and teach residents, medical students, and allied health professionals
* Coordinate clinical operations within the OB department and collaborate with Women's Health providers
* Participate in after-hours coverage, if assigned
* Communicate with patients and staff in a courteous, professional manner
* Exercise sound clinical judgment and adhere to established protocols
Qualifications
* MPAS degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program
* Current and unrestricted Florida PA license
* Current BLS certification
* Minimum 2-3 years of relevant outpatient OB/GYN clinical experience
* Bilingual skills a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems
