Non, they are a very greedy family company where nepotismis rampant. They are more worried about buying their next tesla than providing fair wages. They strive to make sure there is an inequality in pay. They require you to be loyal to them but they have loyalty to only themselves. They are also very sexist and treat women poorly and less than.

Non, they lie about what your job is g going to be and then overload you without and pay increase ever. There are people that haven't had a raise in almost 10 years. They NEVER complete revviews on time. They are completely disrespectful of others time.
Nothing they are all sexist and nepotism runs rampant. If you're related you get to pay and don't have to really work. All the family members are always pushing their work off into others.
Nothing can be done. This family company is already ruined. The second generation will end up tanking all of the companies. They are selfish, greedy liars that pretend to be good people but are more than happy to have tons of their employees make so little they are on food stamps. They are very unprofessional and do a ton of things that are illegal.
