Ensures that all work areas and equipment are clean, food products are properly stored, utensils are clean and put away and floor is swept and mopped at end of shift. The Food Truck Cook at Hardywood West Creek is responsible for driving an exemplary reputation for quality food, quick service, and friendly interaction between team members and guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Staff will work with direct oversight from the Kitchen Manager to prepare a curated menu consisting of burgers, sandwiches, and shareables, as well as the potential for a range of catered options for special/private events.

Prepare and cook a range of offerings with a highlight on locally sourced ingredients for a menu consisting of burgers, sandwiches, shareables, and a range of catering options.
Host occasional pop-up kitchen events in outdoor beer gardens at Hardywood's Richmond or West Creek breweries in Spring, Summer, and Fall.
