A COOK'S SHIFT
Prepare food according to established recipes and menu specs
Follow established food presentation guidelines
Adhere to food and equipment safety rules

Expedite food items accurately and efficiently
Receive and check accuracy and quality of food supply orders

Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies

Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

Requirements:
Proven cooking experience, including experience in a high volume atmosphere
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Experience in a large kitchen a plus
