Thorough knowledge of all CNC machining principles' including but not limited to: G code programming from drawing, CAD/CAM, work holding, tool optimization, machine capacity optimization and changeover procedure development and optimization. Perform PFMEA reviews, Safety Audits, and Layer Process Audits monthly for assigned areas. Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical troubleshooting across CNC equipment (Mazatrol controls) Team oriented with cross functional department cooperation(Design, Controls, Maintenance, Management, Quality, Logistics, HR, IT, Purchasing).
