    You Will: Take notes during product development meetings and distribute written weekly updates to cross-functional teams. Keep key project documents up-to-date with timelines and status; communicate to and follow up with cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects running smoothly and to keep the entire company informed.Interface with external partners to manage sampling and prototyping processes, ensuring that all instructions and requests are clear and concise.Open, process and track samples to ensure timely review and feedback.
