Partner with subject matter experts across DCL and the Disney Experiences enterprise to refine asset strategies (life cycle analysis, reinvestment strategies, etc.) and assess impacts on current and future planning.

Identify and understand project-related impacts on all Lines of Business
Facilitate communication and coordination with local island, shoreside, and global partners to support integrated planning efforts including maintaining integrated schedules for island enhancement efforts with updates from WDI and Operations, monitor trends, and identify risks
Independent contributor that will work with clients, project management and scheduling teams to advance planning through final program reviews which also may include hosting project meetings, develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and document decisions and action plans.
Facilitate and manage the integrated facilities planning (IFP) program review process.
Develop detailed scopes and justifications for near-term DCL island destination projects, ensuring readiness for executive approval.
Lead scope development discussions with DCL stakeholders and subject matter experts and represent key functional areas (Island Operations, Security, Technology, Safety, Recreation, Food & Beverage, etc.) throughout design and construction to ensure projects and facility enhancements meet DCL standards and operating requirements.
Provide leadership and mentorship opportunities within the Operations Integration planning team along with supporting the Sr. Manager, Port Strategy, Development and Operations Integration in serving as an Owner's Representative for third-party port development partnerships and investments and providing general integration support based on organizational needs and priorities.

What you'll do:
1. SFMC Data Infrastructure & Integration
Act as the technical lead for Salesforce Marketing Cloud data architecture, managing data pipelines, ETL processes, and automation within SFMC.
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to scope, implement, and validate end-to-end data integrations between SFMC and upstream systems (CRM, data lakes, cloud storage, etc.).

3. Campaign Support & Reporting
Partner with Campaign Managers to translate marketing strategies into executable technical solutions within SFMC.
Build tracking and reporting frameworks for multi-channel campaigns using SFMC native

Develop and support statistically sound A/B and multivariate testing frameworks,
ensuring proper cell tracking and attribution setup.

4. Compliance & Governance

Primary Level Salary Range: $133,400.00 - $200,200.00

Responsibilities
* Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the funnel to optimize traffic quality and conversion.
* Champion the Guest experience by translating consumer needs, pain points, data, and market trends into outcome-driven product priorities.
* Provide strong thought partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on value, strategic objectives, and data-driven decision making.
* Synthesize complex inputs across large product lines/verticals to deliver a clear product definition and strategic roadmap.
* Develop technical strategies and supervise the day-to-day activities and deliverables of the development team. Mentor and grow talent.
* Manage digital features in production, monitor KPIs, report to leadership, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and MVP to scaling and optimization.
* Partner with engineering, architecture, design, marketing, and data science to develop and refine features.
* Leverages AI to improve guest experiences, as well as drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 8+ years of productmanagement experience, preferably in consumer-facing digital environments.
* 4+ years of leading development teams.
* Proven track record in delivering scalable digital experiences.
* Strong understanding of SEO, UX, and conversion optimization.
* Experience with agile product development and cross-functional collaboration.
* Experience leading and recruiting technical teams, including software engineers, system and platform engineers, software architects, and technical project managers
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
Preferred
* Master's degree in a related field
* Experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Developer is a plus.
* Background in travel, leisure or e-commerce industries
The hiring range for this position in California is $171,600 - $230,100 per year and in Florida is $163,400 - $219,100. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
