You don't need deep prior jewelry production experience - but you do need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. As a Production Assistant, you'll help keep the flow of jewelry production running smoothly - from tracking jobs and communicating with vendors to handling repairs, packaging, and basic quality checks.
