REMOTE POSITION-CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO ATTEND A MONTHLY MEETING AND TWO LOCAL FUNDRAISING EVENTS About the Role: The Database Analyst is responsible for managing various reporting functions, assists in ensuring data integrity and strategic use of fundraising platforms, and provides data strategy to strengthen donor engagement and overall fundraising efforts within the Department of Corporate Development. Effective data management and analytics are integral to the success of any development program, making this a key position within the department. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages end of month tasks and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate reports to the Finance team.
Develops and produces high level reports such as board reports, annual survey reports, major gift metrics and works with the special event manager to reconcile event income and conducts monthly reconciliation with Finance.
Develops and maintains dashboards to track fundraising progress, campaign performance, donor retention and pipeline activity, as requested, and ensures that data coding supports dashboard accuracy.
Works with the Manager of Major Gifts to ensure that major gift proposals, portfolios and metric reports accurately reflect major gift team activity.
Analyzes donor giving trends and behaviors to identify opportunities for increased engagement and growth.
Process maps - Works with department team members to develop and implement process maps for annual gift, major gift and grateful patient programs and provides data-driven insights to support those areas.
Prepares lists and segmentations for solicitations, stewardship mailings and event invitations.
Develops and manages project timelines.
Conducts periodic review of code tables and coordinates coding adjustments across LBH entities.
Crossed trained in gift processing.
In conjunction with the Director of Operations, provides database review and training for new employees.
Performs mass imports and global changes as needed using Omatic software.
Recommends software training goals for Development team members based on data reviews and audits.
Reviews Blackbaud Community groups to keep abreast of system best practices and solutions to data challenges.
Participates in Blackbaud training modules when appropriate
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: 3-5 years of experience working in a nonprofit and/or hospital setting. Raiser's Edge experience or similar fundraising CRM and/or email marking software systems experience.

Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Department/Position Overview:
Sentara Leigh Hospital Intensive Care Unit, AACN Gold Beacon Award recipient, is comprised of 20 licensed critical care beds and has an average daily census of 18 patients. Staffing ratios vary and can be 1:1 to 1:3 with 1:2 being the usual assignment.
The ICU RN's are required to have a wide array of knowledge, skill and ability to competently and safely provide critical care to our patients. Frequent ongoing education, new skill acquisition and skill validation are provided and supported by an experienced ICU CNS for new and experienced ICU nurses. Newly hired RN's will have between 2-14 weeks of orientation depending on prior experience. Our preceptors are purposely selected for their teaching ability and formally trained to meet the training needs of new staff. Specific attention is provided for new graduate ICU RN's as they participate in our Vizient AACN Nurse Residency Program and AACN's essentials of Critical Care Orientation online education. Experienced RN's are encouraged and supported with educational and financial assistance to achieve critical care certification.
ICU staff are supported by an interdisciplinary care team which in part includes unit based respiratory, physical, speech and occupational therapists. Interpreter, nutrition, palliative, chaplaincy and ethical services are readily available as well. Our ICU has onsite and eICU pulmonary critical care intensivists and their team of physician extenders 24/7. Physician lead, nurse driven interdisciplinary rounds are held daily for continuity of care and to address nursing's concerns or questions. These rounds are made educational and even fun at times by our very engaged intensivist MD's.

The Senior EPIC Scheduling Optimization Specialist is responsible for the strategic design, optimization, and maintenance of Epic scheduling templates, guided scheduling decision trees, visit types, modifiers, and slot configurations across the Ambulatory Service Division. This role plays a critical part in improving scheduling workflows, enhancing patient access, and maximizing provider capacity utilization. The specialist collaborates closely with operational and clinical leaders to drive improvements aligned with enterprise-wide access and capacity targets.
This position functions as a subject matter expert and project lead, managing complex scheduling-related initiatives and contributing to system-wide transformation efforts. The ideal candidate demonstrates a deep understanding of Epic Cadence, advanced data analysis skills, and the ability to translate operational needs into sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, maintain, and modify Epic scheduling templates, visit types, modifiers, and decision trees based on best practices and operational standards.
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Epic scheduling configuration requests across ambulatory departments.
Serve as a key liaison to service line and department leaders to address scheduling needs, align build strategies, and resolve configuration issues.

The Configuration Manager is responsible for applying and administering the GOES-R or JPSS and Office of Satellite Products and Operations (OSPO) configuration management policies and procedures. * Create, distribute, and track meeting schedules, agendas, topics, action items, etc.
* Create reports of work and change requests to review for each mission area at each relevant CCB.
* Support the meeting leaders to review, discuss and gain concurrence on every reviewed request for approval or actionable follow-up.
* Follow up on all action items and maintain status reports for each CCB or associated review meeting.
* Support the Government in operating and maintaining CM processes using the CM tool (CMART, ECMT, Jira as assigned) for GOES-R or JPSS action items.
* Oversee GOES-R or JPSS configuration management processes and spot check WRs/ OCCRs and work products to assess configuration management training needs of the Operations Maintenance and Sustainment (OMS) staff.
* Support annual review and update of CM Plans, Procedures, and Configuration Control Board (CCB) Charters and related documents.
* Provide input to CM plans, procedures, CCB charters and other documents as requested. Gather in integrate inputs as requested.
* Oversee change request process to facilitate Configuration Change Requests (CCR) deliverables are submitted with all required documentation for all changes made during operations and maintenance of any hardware or software.
* Provide weekly Configuration Change Request Reports and ensure that metrics on changes are timely, accurate, and complete for all CCRs.
* Provide monthly status updates and other briefings as requested.
* Attend weekly and monthly meetings and provide meeting action items, presentations, reports, and meeting notes as required.
* Attain and maintain expert level skills in configuration management, configuration management tools, and general office automation tools.
* Provide briefings / training on the GOES-R or JPSS Configuration Process, tools, use, features, capabilities to managers and staff members.

Revenue Cycle Net Revenue Manager Job Responsibilities:
Creates and enforces work standards, quality measures, and process improvements that are consistent with the organization's goals and objectives. Ensures regulatory compliance with Medicare and state authorities, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and any external governing authority.
Assures claims are reviewed, corrections are identified/made or resolutions are initiated while ensuring all follow-up claims/actions are submitted via the appropriate medium and with all required attachments.
Maintains knowledge of government regulations, payer requirements, UB-04 standards, information system functionality (i.e. Hospital, clearinghouse, payer), hospital policies/procedures and departmental SRGs.
Evaluates the impact of new or upgrades to existing systems/tools while performing testing of system changes, providing technical/operational support during implementation and evaluating the success of new systems/tools.
Ensures timely/accurate billing, collection, posting, servicing, and/or auditing of the $1.5 billion receivable stream.
Ensures follow-up is completed utilizing TRAC work lists, QMS, or other systems/reports according to department policy/procedure, SRG, or industry best practice standards.
Demonstrates a working knowledge of CareMedic systems, DSS electronic billing systems, Syntellect IVR systems, HealthQuest 2000, QMS, and Premis electronic billing systems.
Provides feedback and training to supervisors and staff. Provides resolution for pended (WIP backlog) claims within allowable timeframes (as defined for appropriate deficiency) and/or ensures billed claims receive timely and appropriate follow up based on established protocol or SRG.
Oversees assigned department or functional area to ensure it is performing effectively, which may include but not limited to, hiring and training team members, creating and implementing business strategies, managing performance of team members, and delegating tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: Four years of experience in Revenue Cycle, Clinic Operations, Credentialing, Denials Management and/or HB/PB Operation roles; Two years in leadership roles
Education: Bachelors Degree or lesser educational degree with four additional years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; advanced degree or certification a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling, dashboards).
Proven experience in financial analytics, reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and revenue cycle performance metrics (Net Revenue, AR, Denials, Cash).
Demonstrated ability to support managed care contract strategy, including payer trend analysis, financial modeling, and negotiation support.
Skilled in process improvement, workflow streamlining, and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of financial data.
Strong communication and presentation skills with experience translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership.

Network Manager works with market leaders, Population Health team members, and providers to support success across key performance measures (KPI). The Network Manager serves as the front-line driver of network growth, retention, and utilization to improve the quality of care in our markets. The Network Manager supports and engages with affiliate and employed Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) participating providers.

**Essential Job Functions**
+ Collaborates with the market Director of Network Performance to successfully understand and drive market and system network integrity goals.
+ Analyzes network utilization and cost data utilizing data analysis to develop creative solutions for achieving KPIs.
+ Establish regular meetings with participating ACO and CIN providers to review performance expectations, individual performance data, and routine network communications.
+ Provides support to the market Clinical Integration Oversight Committee by reviewing performance metrics and overseeing the execution of performance improvement plans (PIPs).
+ Collaborates with the Director of Network Performance and the market Population Health team to determine necessary improvement options for provider performance.
+ Engages market committees on network improvement options and resolutions.
+ Collaborates with Population Health Clinical Directors, Population Health Medical Directors, Clinical Outcomes Managers, and governing quality committee members to address communication and escalations in network performance.
+ Collaborates with other provider-facing/interacting teams within the Network.
+ Reviews, synthesizes, and implements the strategy to yield the greatest impact on Population Health KPIs.
+ Collaborate with the market DNP on recruitment strategy and opportunities.
+ Manage and update provider rosters to support accurate market representation and network participation.
