Perform day-to-day tasks to support assigned area with meeting business needs while satisfying internship requirements

Manage assigned applications (at multiple Treasure Island and Prairie Island locations) including installation, implementation, documentation, maintaining, supporting and troubleshooting
Conduct testing on systems and document results
Collaborate with other IT staff and vendors to provide support
Create, monitor and process user requests following established procedures
Assist and mentor help desk staff and ensure help desk coverage
Assist in troubleshooting spreadsheets, databases and other office productivity tools
Administer and maintain Active Directory (AD, GPOs, OUs, DCs), Exchange, SCCM, DNS and DHCP
Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors and resource monitoring ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly
Assist Network Team in supporting and maintaining of the network infrastructure
Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers and integrate automation processes
Configure and install various network devices and services (i.e. routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, Wireless)
Specify hardware, software, topologies, communications standards and transmission media for the business goals of the organization
Manage Data Center, including power and environmental requirements
Work 3 - 5 special events, including parades, concerts, fairs and festivals to assist with property needs

The IT Intern - Business Applications will support the IT team by assisting with key projects focused on system data management, user access review, and process documentation. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
* 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

What You'll Do
As an Information Technology Intern, you will:
Assist with system administration, troubleshooting, and IT support.
Support projects in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, or ERP systems.
Participate in software/application testing and documentation.
Contribute to data management, reporting, and process automation initiatives.
Complete a capstone intern project and present results to leadership.
Qualifications
We're seeking motivated students who are ready to learn, grow, and contribute:
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, networking, programming, or database concepts preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
Ability to work on-site at one of our locations for the duration of the program.

Lactalis USA, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a R&D Intern based in Belmont WI. As a Research and Development Intern, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to coordination with a Research Scientist to plan and design trials; preparation of ingredients and equipment for plant and benchtop trials; organization and execution of plant trials and research with the support of the plant; communication of technical results to cross-functional teams; organization and execution of tastings with the plant team; examination of the current manufacturing process for areas of development and improvement. Additionally, the Research and Development Intern will collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and marketing to align duties with the company's goals and values.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
* Work with a research scientist to plan and design trials
* Responsible for organizing plant trials and conducting research with the support of the plant
* Prepare ingredients and equipment for plant and benchtop trials
