What You Will Do
We are looking for an Illusion Development Intern to be a part of the very early stages of ideation in the Imagineering process. The intern will take part in creative and technical brainstorms which will lead to creating quick proof of concept mockups. These mockups will be for new special effects and illusions used in our theme parks. This is a very iterative process which will require all of the skill sets listed at any given time. The intern will be paired with the Illusion Development lead and take their direction. Must be a self-starter and motivated to innovate and invent!

DEPARTMENT: Sea Turtle Conservation Program
REPORTS TO: Sea Turtle Conservation Program Intern Supervisor
The Advanced Sea Turtle Conservation Program Intern will support the completion of all activities as listed in the Marine Turtle Permit held by Clearwater Marine Aquarium. The incumbent will adhere to all policies outlined in the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) Marine Turtle Conservation Handbook, Clearwater Marine Aquarium (CMA) Employee Handbook, CMA Sea Turtle Conservation Program Manual, and all city, state and federal regulations in a collaborative effort to complete FWC-authorized activities each sea turtle nesting season. The primary responsibility of this position is to contribute to the completion and documentation of sea turtle nesting surveys, including, but not limited to, locating evidence of all nocturnal and daytime nesting activity, nest marking, monitoring and evaluations within the survey area, and for regulatory projects, as they may apply, during the seasonal nesting season (April or May until the end of October). The incumbent will also contribute to regular data entry and maintenance. The incumbent will be responsible for maintenance and storage of equipment, maintaining supply inventories, and communicating needs to the Supervisor. They will also be responsible for regular vehicle maintenance and cleanliness. Regular tasks may also include educating internal and external customers, public speaking, and participating in PR promotions. These job responsibilities will require the Intern to maintain flexible working hours, be amenable to shifting priorities and other changes, and be able to adjust accordingly.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Must have experience and a familiarity with the FWC handbook
Lead and assist with the daily completion of sea turtle nesting surveys within the survey area in compliance with FWC Marine Turtle Conservation Handbook, city, state and federal laws, and CMA policies (April-October)
Assist with intern projects, data entry and field work in coordination with the Intern Coordinator
Assist seasonal and full-time staff with daily tasks.
Assist with skill training of interns and volunteers.
Work with authorized personnel to complete all aspects of nesting surveys, including, but not limited to:
Identify and document all sea turtle nesting activities within the survey area
Mark all nest sites
Document all evidence of predation, human disturbance and nest hatching
Enter all data into Excel database
Once surveys are complete, communicate with municipal entities in a professional manner to allow mechanical beach cleaning to occur
Conduct nest evaluations
Assess and document all obstructed nesting attempts, and submit appropriate forms to FWC
Assess and document all disorientation events, and submit appropriate forms to FWC
Ensure the safe release of, or transport of hatchlings found within the survey area, as instructed by Supervisor, Senior Biologist and FWC
Assist with proper night monitoring of nests outfitted with restraining cages, silt screens, or any additional protection measures, as approved by FWC
Assisting with response to and documentation of sea turtle stranding events within the survey area
Assist with accurate data collection and database management
Assist with the completion of weekly escarpment surveys
Assist with the completion of all required reports by deadlines identified in the FWC Marine Turtle Permit, FWC Marine Turtle Conservation Handbook, and any contracts with Pinellas County or for regulatory projects
Assist with the training of volunteers and interns to locate, identify and document all sea turtle nesting activity within the survey area, to include pre-season and during-season training
Assist with the preparation of, and participate in, various educational outreach opportunities
Assist with the inventory and storage of all equipment and supplies needed for the Sea Turtle Conservation Program
Responsible for the safe operation of CMA vehicles while on the beach, and traveling to and from CMA
Assist with vehicle cleaning, maintenance, service transport and completion of vehicle inspections
Understand, enforce, and assist with the improvement of all standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the Sea Turtle Conservation Program
Assist with research projects as needed
Assist with the implementation of money generating programs involving the Sea Turtle Conservation Program
Assist various CMA departments by providing information for various media outlets, both in-house (CMA Facebook, blogposts, etc.) and for external outlets (TV, print, radio, etc.)
Must pass basic swim test annually

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Be in the process of earning or possess a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Marine Biology, Environmental Science, Zoology, or related field or within 1 year post graduation
Understanding of the FWC handbook or ability to learn the guidelines in the handbook from the FWC
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and an ability to comfortably interact with the public on a regular basis

This SkillBridge General Manager in Training (“GMIT”) Internship is for our General (or Branch Manager) position. Reporting to the senior operations team (CEO, SVP of People, SVP of Growth, and Regional Vice Presidents “RVPs”), the SkillBridge Internship for GMIT is designed for transitioning military members interested in learning the intricacies of running and managing a business in the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing industry. The FrankCrum Information Technology InternshipProgram provides experiential learning that integrates knowledge from the classroom with real-life work experience and skills development to students seeking a career in Information Technology.
FrankCrum seeks a junior or senior year student able to secure temporary accommodations in Florida's Clearwater/Tampa Bay area during the summer of 2026!
This is a paid internship at $20.00 per hour. The onsite, full-time position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm (one hour lunch) with flexibility.
FrankCrum's office location is 100 South Missouri Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33756. Eligible applicants should be enrolled in their school's Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related programs. This program is anticipated to begin on Monday, June 1st and will continue for 8-10 weeks.
The FrankCrum IT Intern will have the opportunity to work in one of the following areas for the duration of the internship:

This entry-level position focuses on researching organizations, initiating contact with decision-makers, and qualifying prospects to create new business opportunities for the sales team. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and eager to learn about workforce data collection technology to help grow the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential software partners in the workforce management, scheduling, and time-tracking solutions that are in need of a data collection solution or are candidates for ZKTeco WFM to replace their existing data collection solution.
Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social platforms to generate interest and set qualified meetings for the sales team. This activity will be aligned with the Marketing team and regional Sales office needs.
Understand the competition including strengths and weaknesses and area of operation to better target messaging and opportunities.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and maintain accurate records of activity in the CRM system
Work closely with the Head of Growth and Engagement to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure a smooth transition for follow-up meetings or demos.
Position includes support of the US, UK and EU marketplace.
Track outreach metrics, appointments, and conversion rates; provide weekly progress reports to management.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and evolving workforce management technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
02 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement (internship experience welcomed)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and confidently
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to meet or exceed goals
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Must work and be available during EST hours, however from time-to-time communication may be require during UK/EU time zone.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across departments.
