Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work involves moderate to heavy work in all types of weather. There is frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday. This position is 29 hours a week plus additional hours and possible overtime during our event seasons. It is required that the position is available to work all three shifts during event weekends. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED and one (1) year event operations experience in a large event facility, or any equivalent combination of training and experience. Involvement in a College degree seeking track that requires an internship in the Facility Management or Event Management field. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license is required, and a clear driving record is required. This is a paid internship at a hourly rate.
