The ideal Intern will work closely with the Commercial Lending team and perform the following duties: • Assist with screening loan prospects by modeling company financials, creating pricing models, and performing company due diligence. • Assist Commercial team with assimilating, filing, and distributing financial and collateral documentation to appropriate internal departments as needed once loans are closed. • Organize and maintain customer files to assist Relationship Banker/Manager's ability to manage portfolios. • Maintain current and ongoing knowledge of bank products and services; assist Relationship Banker/Manager with daily customer servicing. • Provide ongoing support to commercial/business relationship managers for collateral and financial statement tracking and exception management. • Prepare a mock loan presentation to demonstrate understanding of bank lending processes by incorporating financial data and risk assessments based on commercial lending guidelines. The primary purpose is to learn and develop an understanding of diesel technology and the overall operation of their assigned department.
