This position is responsible for supporting the financial management, analysis, and estimating of assigned programs. The role provides comprehensive support across program financials, including orders, sales, profit forecasting, and working capital management. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate financial forecasts, analyze performance variances, and identify potential risks and opportunities. Key responsibilities include weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting, preparing management-level presentations, and performing ad hoc financial analysis as required to support leadership decision-making. Works with LIDDA team members to compile a listing of individuals who have shown an interest in competitive integrated employment. This listing has a maximum of 100 job seekers. This directory is a living document that will require constant updates to ensure the most appropriate contact is listed. Maintains job seeker information on activities, goals, contacts, issues and their resolutions to assist with providing assistance in finding competitive integrated employment. Consolidate and correlate information obtained during consultation with job seeker and/or their legal representative to provide accurate referral information and guidance. Identify and address commonly identified employment barriers (concerns, conflicts and fears) within the IDD/MH population as it relates to working with multiple state and local government organizations, as required by law. Provide information regarding employment resources and how to access services in user friendly terminology. Development a final report that provides information on financial sustainability, best practices, barriers, and lessons learned during the duration of the project. Coordinates the collection, organization, analysis, and preparation of materials (directory, case workbooks, monthly status reports, etc.) as dictated by the project team. Ensures compliance with program policies and procedures, statutes, and rules; and takes corrective action(s) as needed. Competitive pay starting Rate: $23.00 -$24.00 per hour Option to stay on PT after Summer Be part of a long standing and stable industry leader WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE; Work with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Specialist and plant team leaders (Supervisors, Engineers, Millwrights, etc.), to help drive progress with our Life Critical Program (LCP) Assist the HSE Specialist with a complete review of all current needs for our LCP and ensure the departments effected have the tools they need to be successful in the completion of their part Work with each department members to take pictures, write Safety Work Instructions (SWIs) and complete relevant data entry for the safety concerns. Collect and analyze data from the floor to be brought back and communicated and/or documented. Review, develop, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Assist and lead the cultural transformation regarding Health, Safety and Environment to help lead plant to achieve Zero accidents and Incidents. Provide vision and support for 5S implementation; facilitate improvement efforts.
