Position Summary: The BC works with the family and other members of the treatment team such as school staff to design and direct a behavior modification plan that will meet the needs of the child and family. A BC provides assessment, program design and monitoring of treatment interventions rather than direct therapy. The hours are flexible , and you are permitted to work in other agencies. This position can be a full time or part time position depending on the applicants availability.
Summary of Essential Position Functions:
* Provide assessment of the client and family needs/strengths
* Devise and direct the implementation of a Behavior Modification Intervention Plan
* Develop, implement and maintain fidelity in the delivery of behavioral supports and treatment interventions
* Provide weekly therapeutic interventions to client, family and staff
* Primarily works face-to-face with the family, school and community
* Collaborate with team members as needed (with MTs at least bi-weekly)
* Complete all paperwork within policy time frames
* Initiate and attend treatment team meetings monthly with child, family and treatment team
* Attend interagency meetings, staff meeting and attend sixteen (16) hours of training per year
* Provide services within authorized number of hours per week
* Revise treatment plans as needed
* Attend staff meetings & mandatory trainings as necessary
* Comply with all IBHS policies
* Provide weekly supervision to BHT with documentation of supervision
* If not, a licensed Psychologist you must attend supervision with licensed Psychologist one (1) hour a month
* Travel to and from client sites to perform services (100% travel required)
* Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study such as mechanical or environmental engineering (preferred), economics, statistics, mathematics, or environmental studies.
+ Between 8-10 years of experience managing or leading research or planning projects that include both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
+ Minimum of one year leading or supporting demand-side management potential studies and/or resource planning for U.S.-based utilities.
+ Industry experience working with utilities, preferably in the areas of energy efficiency, demand response, solar PV and other distributed energy resources, battery storage, decarbonization, building electrification, electric vehicles, and combined heat and power resources.
+ Demonstrated ability and experience managing multiple projects and project teams, preferably in a consulting environment.
+ Experience in data analysis and interpretation.
+ Excellent project management skills including leading technical project teams, interacting with clients and stakeholders, budget management, preparing written reports and presenting project results, and mentoring staff.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate complicated issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's degree in a relevant area of study such as mechanical or environmental engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics, environmental studies, or other quantitative social science.
+ Prior experience managing, evaluating, or modeling demand response programs.
+ Prior consulting experience including working independently to make decisions as well as collaborating in a team environment.

SUMMARY
Q2 is seeking a Solutions Consultant (SC) to demonstrate digital banking software solutions to banks and credit unions. The successful candidate must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. This position reports to the Senior Director of Solutions Consulting and can be either an in-office or remote role. Travel Expectations average 35-40%.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Mastery of the live software demo
* Serve as a subject matter expert on Q2 solutions and how they address the prevailing needs of the market
* Perform needs analysis with clients and translate that to Q2 solutions
* Develop and deliver compelling solution presentations to clients and prospects
* Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and Customer Success Managers (CSM) throughout the sales process, working with different customers segments (Tiers) and financial institution types
* Serve as a supporting role in client engagements including co-presenter, documenter, and observer
* Share case studies and examples of successful implementations to illustrate best practices
* Act as an open collaborator within the SC team on best practices, competitor analysis, client reactions, and demo techniques
* Participate in regular feedback loops to share client and prospect input with Product Management
* Support Q2 marketing efforts supporting webinars, campaigns, trade shows/exhibiting, speaking, and our user conference
* Provide technical leadership and support for RFI/RFP processes
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
* Bachelor's degree in relevant degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience; or equivalent relevant work experience
* 5+ years' experience in a similar solutions consulting role preferred, preference will be given for experience related to fraud prevention, banking and digital banking platforms with an understanding on how to help financial institutions compete with digital tools
* Working knowledge of basic technical architecture
* Experience with banking segments, ranging from consumer through small business into full Treasury Management

For New York state (outside New York City), Washington state (outside Seattle), California (outside the San Francisco Bay Area), and Colorado-based roles, the anticipated base salary range for this position is $123,000.00-$157,000.00
