Manage the full proposal lifecycle, including scheduling, resource assignments, kickoff meetings, standups, color team reviews, and final production.

The successful candidate will lead and participate in color team reviews of proposal documents. The Proposal Manager will develop and modify graphics concepts for development.
In addition, this position will monitor, track and maintain the opportunity pipeline and facilitate pipeline meetings and growth meetings. Requirements

3-7 years of experience in marketing, proposal coordination, or business development support (AEC, real estate, or construction industry preferred)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
Strong understanding of government and private-sector RFP processes
Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
Experience coordinating across multiple departments and external partners
