**Job Description:**
The Proposal Manager supports the BD Services team with development of qualifications materials, including proposals, SOQs, presentations and other materials necessary to secure new client and project opportunities. This position reports to the BD Services Manager and works closely with key members of each business unit who are responsible for business development, proposal development, strategy implementation, and client management.
