This position is responsible for providing administrative support to assist with the processing of service project Request for Quotes (RFQs), purchase orders (POs), and PO acknowledgements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Schedule and facilitate Project Kick-Off Meetings with teaming partners
Independently coordinate with and collect information from teaming partners and subconsultants
Review proposal drafts and final documents to ensure responsiveness, compliance, and quality
Support follow-up activities including confirming submission receivals, responding to supplemental requests for information, and submitting requests for debriefs
Work with Project Architects and Designers to develop and/or update project descriptions and team resumes in accordance with RFP/Q responses
Conduct Government and Public market research to gather intelligence on potential future opportunities and emerging trends to inform business development initiatives
Populate, update, and manage business development-related tools, such as Pipeline reporting and project databases
Draft creative covers, update org charts, edit project marketing materials, create tables and diagrams, etc.
Support business development strategies that align with business objectives, market trends, and client requirements, effectively positioning NAE to win competitive bids

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
