Your communications expertise, knowledge of the national security and Congressional environments will be vital as you help to position the company as an innovation and technology leader in aerospace and defense.
The person selected for this role must be proactive and innovative, possess media relations experience and a strong sense for integrated communications from a strategic and tactical perspective, have outstanding executive presence, and very strong collaboration skills. How you will make a difference:
+ Collaborate with media and publicrelations professionals across the company
+ to develop strategic approaches to media relations that will inform and influence customers, including proactive and reactive media relations. Activities will include: interviews, pitches, events, news products, digital presence and more.

**Basic Qualifications:**

Primary Level Salary Range: $101,400.00 - $176,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Responsibilities
Conduct in-person outreach to medical offices and personal injury law firms within our service area
Deliver informational materials, clinical research, and referral resources to physicians and attorneys
Build and maintain professional relationships with office staff and decision-makers
Research and identify orthopedic practices, primary care providers, and personal injury attorneys for outreach
Track visits, contacts, and referral activity to support marketing analysis
Deliver Value: Once the door is open, you will provide physicians and attorneys with clinical research studies and referral pads, positioning Kaizo Health as the evidence-based partner of choice
Qualifications
Tenacious: You aren't afraid to walk into a new office, introduce yourself, and handle a "gatekeeper" receptionist with a smile
Human-Centered: You are professional, empathetic, and can hold a conversation with a busy Surgeon or a high-powered Attorney
Trustworthy: You have a high level of integrity and can represent our brand independently in the field
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills (you love talking to people!)
Passionate: Interest in healthcare, marketing, business development, or law and want real world experience
Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Health Administration, Kinesiology, Pre-Law, or a related field
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
