CORE DUTIES:
1. Organize, scan, and archive physical and digital materials; ensure accurate entry into the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and archive portal.
2. Support knowledge capture by researching background information, preparing prompts or interview guides, and helping organize contributions into AI-ready formats.
3. Gather and document information on corporate artwork; catalog pieces with metadata and images to expand the digital record.
4. Use archival records to develop timelines and refine structured datasets into AI-ready formats that improve accessibility and usability.
5. Use AI tools to extract themes and metadata from transcripts, artwork descriptions, and other sources to help structure archival content and institutional knowledge for long-term access.
6. Integrate AI tools into workflows and projects where appropriate to enhance efficiency, structure, and knowledge accessibility.
7. Maintain accurate records and files related to archives, knowledge capture, and collections.
8. Partner with the Communications Pod and other teams to align archival and cultural content with broader storytelling and knowledge-sharing initiatives, including support for tools such as the archive portal and art tour prototypes.

The team steers relevant communication measures globally across all channels, for example, in the press, in social media, on the intranet and our websites.
You will create content across a variety of channels by researching topics, writing texts in English and German and publishing them. This means that you will be actively involved in the entire process with diverse, exciting, creative and challenging tasks.
Your responsibilities:
* Help conceptualize and create content for all target groups and channels
* Support in social media monitoring and management for our community on LinkedIn
* Maintain and enter content via our content management systems (e.g. CoreMedia, SharePoint)
* Support in current internal and external communication and content marketing projects
* Edit and proofread texts
* Hep translate communications in English and German
* General administrative and organisational tasks
Your profile:
* You are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree programme with a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months
* First practical experience in communications desirable
* Proficiency in managing and creating content for social media, with a specific focus on LinkedIn, including understanding analytics and engagement strategies
* Creativity, strong organisational and communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Competent handling of MS Office applications (especially Word and PowerPoint)
* Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and / or SharePoint desirable
* Interest in financial markets desirable
* Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory and excellent. German skills are very desirable. Any other language will be an asset.

The Development and Marketing Intern will play a key role in supporting the organization's fundraising and marketing efforts. This position offers hands-on experience in development activities, event coordination, social media engagement, and volunteer engagement within a non-profit setting. Time Commitment and Location:
A flexible yet consistent commitment of 8-20 hours per week is expected. The on-site position is located at Ronald McDonald House in Ann Arbor at 1600 Washington Heights near Mott Children's Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and execution of RMHCAA fundraising events.
• Assist with event logistics, including auction management, volunteer coordination, and sponsorship recruitment.
• Support donor relations, recruitment, and stewardship efforts.
