ION owns more than 50 oncology centers across 17 states in partnership with approximately 300 physicians and 20 hospitals including some of the most prestigious healthcare systems in the US. Goffman was the CEO and Founder of OnCURE Medical Corp. (“OnCURE”) from its inception in 1998 until 2006 when it was sold. OnCURE was private equity sponsored and one of the largest providers of outpatient radiation oncology care in the United States with 40 centers owned and managed and affiliated with more than 100 physicians.
