Position: 2nd Shift Inspector Packer Job Summary We are looking for an Inspector Packer to support the inspection and sorting of molded or assembled parts or products for defects, and/or deviations from specifications, and pack parts into designated packaging or pallet configurations based on customer requirements and/or standard quality specifications. Pay: $16 USD/hr + $1 USD/hr Shift Premium Responsibilities Pack acceptable parts into pre-defined packaging or pallet configurations according to the established quality standard. Perform secondary operations per requirement to meet customer specifications. This may include part rework, assembly, and/or repack tasks. Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications. Mark/label completed container(s)/bundle(s) with designated item information according to the established quality standards. Record production data accurately during shift and complete Secondary Operations documentation as required. Remove molded parts from WIP container and perform visual inspection for conformance to established quality standards. Maintain clean and organized work area making sure to properly discard rejected parts and to keep area free of debris. Transfer parts in/out of the curing oven as required/instructed. Compliance with legal environmental and safety requirements of the area. Know the environmental aspects of the area and its control. Know the environmental impacts associated with their activities. Follow all Environmental and Safety policies. Comply with procedures, regulations, and instructions of environmental and safety programs. Other duties as assigned. To process evaluation information which will include: a. obtaining diagnostic information through formalized testing. b. gathering information from teachers and parents to assist in assessing specific student problems. c. developing annual goals and when needed, benchmarks or objectives for student's individualized education program (IEP). 3. To implement an appropriate therapy plan based on written objectives which will include: a. scheduling and grouping students according to the nature and severity of their communication disorders. b. implementing therapy activities in a logical sequence. c. using materials compatible with student's age and interest (this includes purchasing and maintaining materials with each school). d. provide augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems for individuals with severe expressive and/or language comprehension disorders, such as autism spectrum disorder or progressive neurological disorders. 4. To manage program and maintain records which will include: a. informing staff of program services. b. conferring with parents and teachers of students enrolled in therapy. c. maintain ongoing records of student's performance in order to evaluate student's progress in therapy. d. conducting annual review and updating the IEP. e. complete plans of care, treatment notes, and other paperwork required for Medicaid billing. 5. Each veterinarian is supported by one to two assistants. The practice also offers medical and vacation boarding that is managed by designated boarding staff.
