The remainder of their time is allocated to leadership responsibilities, including PCP performance, engagement, and building a strong clinical-operations synergy and culture. The allocation of time is dependent on several factors, including PCP capacity, market needs, size of centers, patient membership, and Market Clinical Director direction. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently provides care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses encountered in older adult patients.
