As a member of the Supplier Quality Team, you will be responsible for exploration, development and execution of quality and compliance risk examination of suppliers and materials. This role requires proactive management and interpretation of supplier quality management systems in alignment with Corbion requirements to ensure Corbion meets the regulating or certifying body's standards. Responsibilities
* Proficient leader in process review of technical documents for compliance assessment to govern approval status of raw material requests and supplier and item qualifications regionally.
* Expert in attention to detail, organizational skills, and execution of cloud-based data management and workflow system.
* Perform technical document review and supplier and material risk assessments.
* Takes a proactive role for identifying compliance trending and managing regional vendor score-carding and other company tools to meet compliance metrics.
* Develop and recommend opportunities for improvement for Corbion to create, deliver and maintain Corbion purchasing specifications globally.
* Collaborate with cross functional departments such as site quality, R&D, EHS, regulatory and warehousing personnel to monitor supplier compliance.
* Drive supplier management efficiency through training cross-functional partners to Supplier Quality Management Processes.
* In-house expert in configuration and execution of cloud-based document repository system.
* Explore and develop continuous improvement initiatives for monitoring regional supplier compliance and supporting global initiatives for supplier management.
* Spearheads continuous improvement initiatives of supplier and material qualification compared to GFSI, FSMA and other global standards.
* Other continuous improvement projects as assigned.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in science/business technical related field or related disciplines. (Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering)
* 3-5 years in food manufacturing or supply chain function within business to business, consumer-packaged goods or relevant food manufacturing.
* Experience with supplier auditing, Quality Management Systems and qualification programs required.
* Preventive Controls for Human Food Qualified Individual (PCQI) Trained required.
* Must be familiar with general food safety principles, HACCP and HARPC, Food Safety, GMP requirements, organic, kosher and allergen management principles.
* Strong knowledge of quality systems and product/process lifecycle management within the supply chain end-to-end process and a manufacturing environment to evaluate and determine risk to Corbion business.
* Proficient understanding of workflow configuration (or similar software tool in industry) to support regional and global organization preferred.
* Subject expert in products in all categories and the manufacturing / product fundamentals to perform risk analysis.

This position is responsible for assisting the Vice President of QA in monitoring the Quality Assurance and Compliance across all programs and services for Life Unlimited, Inc. through data collection and compilation to ensure organizational effectiveness and compliance in the areas of program oversight and service delivery.
Responsible for monitoring Quality Assurance and Compliance activities within the organization and maintains strict confidentiality throughout the organization.
o Assists VP of Quality Assurance in collecting and compiling data throughout agency programs pertaining to quality and outcomes.
o In conjunction with the VP, utilize QA data to develop short and long-term objectives that provide continuous improvement of delivery of services. Track, analyze and report out agency wide progress towards these objectives.
o Assist the VP to develop short and long range quality plans and strategies that support LU outcome management systems.
o Ensure resolution of urgent health and safety matters immediately through communication with PD s, VP s and COO.
Monitor and manages systems (Therap, CIMOR, PowerBI, etc.) to gather data and report information that accurately reflects the quality of services provided.
Manage agenda and minutes for Health and Safety Committees.
Assist Vice President in preparing for various inspections and audits to ensure compliance with programs and regulatory entities including, but not limited to: CMS, DMH, CARF, Columbus, KCRO and TCMs.
Complete necessary coordination for Inquiry and Investigations for all programs at agency. Ensure documents prepared to be submitted to KCRO are accurate, thorough, and submitted timely.
Lead internal investigations and provide summary reports to Vice President of QA.
Ensure agency policies regarding GER and EMT completion and follow through are maintained.
Assists with satisfaction surveys for all departments.
Assist with monthly home and site inspections as needed.
Complete Team Player Dream Slayer observations as required.

Physical Expectations
This position requires extended periods of sitting with some periods of walking and standing. It may require light (5 lbs.) to heavy lifting (30 lbs.) and occasional stooping, kneeling, climbing stairs, and/or bending. May also require occasional climbing of small ladders. An individual in this position may need to drive a vehicle to resources in the community. There may be extended periods of using a computer and/or calculator.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor s degree in business management, computer sciences or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
Experience implementing quality assurance systems and methods that improve services.
Ability to engage in abstract reasoning and problem solving.
The ability to effectively and efficiently use computers or mobile devices to input, store, access, & modify data, and extract information for reporting.
Ability to interpret data and develop reports and correspondence. Business Intelligence software experience preferred.
Understanding of accreditation standards
Ability to manage time effectively and maximize efficiency with strong attention to detail.
Must obtain a Class E driver s license during new hire orientation.
Must carry minimum coverage applicable by law for auto insurance.

+ The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring quality of technology that PSI provides to its customers. The person in this role works closely with the Software Engineering teams to understand what has been developed. **Role Responsibilities**

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements**
+ 3 years' experience in progressively responsible information technology.
+ Proven experience and knowledge of QA methods, standards and processes, e.g. Agile / SDLC.
+ Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
+ Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and with automation testing technologies.
+ Experience with version management and ticketing systems, e.g. SVN, Jira.

Position Summary & Responsibilities
Position Summary:
This position reports to the Director of Medicaid Policy and Regulations and provides quality assurance oversight of Behavioral Health Services programs and processes, including timely and accurate administration of contracts, adherence of programs to federal and state requirements, and quality assurance and measurement-based reporting. This position supervises the Quality Assurance Team in Behavioral Health Services commission; recruitment, training, educating, and mentoring of these employees will be a primary function of this position, to assure retention and morale.
The Behavioral Health Services Commission administers program and payment for publicly funded behavioral health services, which include adult and youth mental health, and adult and youth substance use disorder (SUD) prevention and treatment programs. KDADS contracts with behavioral health providers and agencies statewide to provide community-based and inpatient services, primarily through Medicaid. Services range from prevention and early intervention services to inpatient, residential, home- and community-based, and recovery support services.
Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Conduct Quality Assurance:
Develops and manages the quality measures for Behavioral Health Services (BHS) for Medicaid and Block Grant programs using extensive knowledge of federal and state program policies, mandates, directives and intents; department and division goals; as well as data and information systems, statistics, and public relations. Create, implement, and enforce quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards across BHS programming for internal and external stakeholders.
Track quality metrics, analyze performance data, conduct audits, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
Lead, train, and mentor the QA team, and ensure all employees are trained on quality standards and best practices.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, on all quality-related matters.
Maintains data regarding BHS program quality improvement, performance measures, and quality assurance as well as monitoring utilization, cost and caseload growth.
Ensures all fidelity measures are up to fidelity standards of the model; including, but not limited to, identifying trainings for State and external vendor staff on Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs), getting staff trained/certified to conduct fidelity reviews of EBPs, ensuring timely fidelity reviews are conducted, and providing extensive knowledge across the BHS commission on the proper implementation of EBPs within the different areas of focus.
QA Team Collaboration:
Convene internal and external stakeholders to compile, synthesize, and outline key components of continuous quality improvement opportunities and needs related to BHS programs quality indicators.
Ensures collaboration between KDADS departments outside of BHS with the QA team as part of both team's oversight of CCBHCs, BHS programs, and evidence-based practices.
Ensure coordination and completion of reporting requirements, data and outcome measurement and progress tracking.
Completes special projects and performs other duties as assigned including but not limited to ensuring the agency is adequately staffed during and immediately following natural and/or manmade disasters, infectious disease outbreaks, and/or acts of terrorism. Assists other employees in the work unit in accomplishing assignments as necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
* Four years of experience in human services, business/public/health administration, or related fields.
* Two years of professional experience in health care, public health, behavioral health, or general program management.
* Experience with Medicaid or KanCare is preferred.
* The ability to influence, persuade, understand and work collaboratively with others is important. Maintaining these effective relationships during the planning and redesign process.
* Strong understanding of Quality Assurance and how to review program information, gather data, measure outcomes, and formulate reports as it relates to the Behavioral Health field.
* Strong skills in organization, planning, implementation, conflict resolution, and oral and written communication.
Preferred:
* Six Sigma certification
* Six years of experience in human services, business/public/health administration, or related fields.
* Working knowledge of diverse community service areas and systems.
* General knowledge of fiscal and program management principles.
* General knowledge of mental health service delivery and reimbursement systems.

Perform and lead field inspections and materials testing for concrete, aggregates, soils, asphalt, and cement-treated base in accordance with MoDOT, KDOT, ASTM, and AASHTO procedures.
Inspect rebar placement, formwork, subgrade preparation, and material delivery to verify compliance with approved plans and specifications.
