Explains all procedures to the patient along with risks involved. Obtain consent forms signed by the patient prior to the procedure. Prepares patients for procedures. Acts as a circulator in the case, connects monitoring lines, checks pulses, collects and sets up appropriate equipment for the case. Performs as a sterile assistant, assists the physician in scrubbing and maintaining a sterile field, assists the physician with catheter and/or equipment insertion and removal. Dresses and/or sutures insertion site following the procedure. Sets up arterial pressure line (if needed) or pulls sheath and obtains hemostasis. Assists in the use of arterial closure devices. Records, interprets, and calculates various types of data collected during the procedure. Maintains equipment, corrects equipment malfunctions and reports malfunctions for repair. Instructs technologists and others in the performance of technical procedures, operations of equipment, and collection and interpretation of data. Demonstrates knowledge of the proper operation of x-ray equipment used in the Cath Lab. Monitors and is responsible for quality assurance of the x-ray equipment. Maintains continuing education classes to assure certification. Participates in the on call rotation. Collects appropriate past patient information for the physician to review (old cine films, cath records, etc.). Adheres to behavioral standards. Performs other related work as required or requested.

The purpose of this position is to assure quality and deliver neat and organized building automation UL508A control panels for installation into the field. This role provides “final say” panel support to this nationwide company of 200+ employees and provides all panel building duties for clients across the nation. The role requires UL508A experience and a highly detailed demeanor. This role delivers strong base pay and bonus and is located onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI. Under the direction of the Quality Lab Supervisor, with guidance from the Quality Lab Tech Lead, the Quality Assurance Lab Technician is responsible for the completion of testing and inspection, dimensional analysis and support of other departments within HellermannTyton. This position requires the Technician be able to complete product/process inspections in a product environment as well as a lab environment while managing files and software. Overtime will be required including some weekend hours. This position will also maintain HellermannTyton's TS16949/ISO14001/EMS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions and required documentation. The Quality Technician ensures that products and processes meet established quality standards by conducting inspections, tests, and audits. This role involves collaborating with production, engineering, customer service, and sales teams in identifying quality issues, and assisting with implementing corrective actions to maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements. This individual will report to the Quality Supervisor and be a strong partner to our operators and supervisors on the floor. Job Summary: As a Quality Technician at Reader Precision Solutions, your role is vital for ensuring precise and excellent products. You will conduct detailed inspections, use precision measuring tools, and interpret prints to meet design specifications. Collaborating with production teams and engineers, you will address quality concerns, identify deviations, and maintain accurate records. Ensuring equipment calibration and contributing to continuous improvement are key responsibilities. Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: 3:00PM - 11:30PM Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts and components to ensure they meet specified quality standards. Utilize precision measuring tools and equipment to verify dimensions, tolerances, and other quality parameters. Identify and report any deviations from quality standards and work with production teams to address and resolve issues. Print Reading: Interpret and accurately read engineering drawings, prints, and specifications. Understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure compliance with design requirements. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions taken. Generate quality reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, engineers, and other departments to address quality concerns and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and contribute to process optimization. Calibration and Maintenance: Ensure that inspection equipment and measuring tools are properly calibrated and maintained. Perform regular checks on equipment to guarantee accuracy in measurements. Quality Procedures and Compliance: Adhere to established quality control procedures and protocols. Stay updated on industry standards and changes in quality requirements. Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of previous experience in a quality role, preferably in a machine shop environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting prints and technical drawings. Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and optical comparators. Ability to operate CMMs, vision systems, round test, surface testing equipment, and all other inspection tools & equipment as may be required. Understanding of quality management systems and standards. Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately follow work instructions. Good computer skills with proficiency & accuracy in performing data entry. Effective decision making and problem-solving skills with a drive for results. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A collaborative mindset that focuses on teamwork. A positive attitude and exceptional aptitude for growing your skills. Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize time-sensitive projects/tasks according to changing schedules and tight timeframes. Knowledge of basic mathematics (arithmetic & geometry) as well as basic knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and related application to a process Vision corrected to 20/20. Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) is a plus.
