Role Description
The LeVanta engineering technician will help build and test prototypes, requiring extensive hands-on work. The technician will also be expected to work independently with a creative and proactive approach, identifying potential problems and offering solutions. Tasks include but are not limited to engineering research, product/component design, test and data analysis, and hands on fabrication of prototype drone components, drones, and drone testing apparatus and support infrastructure.

This position is the primary liaison regarding product quality with internal teams as well as customers and external regulatory agencies
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)
* Ensure compliance to all product certifications as well as legal and regulatory standards
* Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to quickly identify potential issues and impose immediate corrective and preventative actions
* Act as the voice of the customer. Investigate customer needs and develop strategies to implement changes needed to improve customer satisfaction
* Control all final product lot dispositions for the Pearl River facility
* Provide recommendations for rework of non-conforming product while maintaining clear traceability through the process
* Ensure product quality and sustainability of production processes
* Plan and conduct audits to continuously monitor testing to ensure quality validity
* Oversee the site Quality Management Systems for the Pearl River location
* Continuously review procedures and documentation to ensure alignment with processes in the facilities as well as alignment with the standards
* Perform and coordinate internal audits on a routine basis to continuously evaluate the health of the QMS
* Continuously monitor metrics to maximize profitability of the organization
* Formulate reports and documents to track progress
* Oversee the Pearl River Quality laboratory staff in support of the Pearl River manufacturing facility
* Perform and/or coordinate all hiring, training and staff evaluations
* Act as a mentor for the Quality laboratory staff while focusing on a high level of performance within a Quality team environment
* Regularly analyze quality data and develop strategies that focus on improvement and growth opportunities
* Work collaboratively with plant management to design and implement improved process controls or product performance
* Act as the technical lead for all quality aspects including root cause analysis, process controls and preventative/corrective actions utilizing the Six Sigma methodology
* Coordinate a supplier quality standard for the Pearl River production facility for all raw materials used in the manufacturing processes and end-user material shipments
Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university is required (Chemistry, Engineering, or equivalent technical field)
* A master's degree is preferred

Responsibilities: - Responsible for the evaluation of donor suitability for automated pheresis procedures. Administration and supervision of approved immunizations other than red blood cell immunizations. Provides limited emergency medical care to donors and staff, including the administration of medication or treatments in accordance with licensure or certification.
- Promotes positive customer relations with all donors.
- Conducts confidential and effective interviews with donors to obtain necessary information regarding suitability to donate plasma.
- In conjunction with the Center Medical Director and/or Center Physician responds to medically related questions from staff including donor suitability and provides information to staff on medically related issues.
- Performs medical history reviews and health assessments on donors. Assesses results of donor screening and laboratory tests to determine initial and continuing donor suitability.
- Notifies and counsels donors regarding reactive test results. Refers donors to community facilities for follow-up and counseling.
- Explains informed consent to applicant donors. This includes explanation of procedures, hazards and potential adverse events; explanation of immunization schedules, dose and antibody response; providing clear opportunity for donor to refuse participation; obtaining signature and date certifying informed consent.
- Handles medical emergencies at the Center by providing routine care as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); elevates situations to Center Physician or local medical service providers as required. Periodically checks emergency kits to assure supplies are present and in-date.
- Reviews test results and determines continued donor suitability. Follows SOPs regarding acceptable ranges of four-month required test (PE/STS) reports. Maintains knowledge of and apply all rules regarding four-month approvals and grace periods.
- Assess signs and symptoms a donor may exhibit that may result in the inability to continue donating.
- Manages employee hepatitis B and influenza immunization program, including administration of immunizations.
- Understands the policies and procedures associated with hyper immune programs at the center where applicable, and oversees donor immunization programs. Reviews antibody titer results as required. Maintains awareness of appropriate immunization schedule for each antigen.
- Ensures the accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in the SOPs.
- Maintains clean efficient work environment, and ensures sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed. Follows all Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures. Promotes safety in all actions. May conduct routine audits of these internal procedures and documentation.
- Maintains confidentiality of all personnel, donor and center information.
- May be cross-trained in other areas to meet the needs of the business.
- Bilingual skills may be required, at the discretion of the organization, to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications:
- Active state licensure from a paramedic, nursing, physician assistant, chiropractic, naturopathic training program or medical school required OR

The Civil QA/QC Inspector will oversee the quality assurance and quality control aspects of civil construction work including earthworks, concrete, asphalt, utilities, drainage, and structural components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with applicable codes, standards, project specifications, and quality plans.
Essential Functions of the Position
Conduct QA/QC inspections for all civil construction activities, including but not limited
to earthwork, foundation, concrete placement, utilities, roadways, and structural
components.
Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Prepare and maintain daily inspection reports, test results, non-conformance reports
(NCRs), and corrective action documentation.
Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with approved inspection and test plans
(ITPs).
Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, consultants, and quality managers to address
any quality-related issues.
Verify materials and workmanship meet the project's approved submittals and standards.
Attend quality and coordination meetings as needed.
Ensure that all inspection and testing records are properly documented and archived.
Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring quality issues and suggesting
practical solutions.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil
Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in civil construction QA/QC, preferably in
infrastructure or large-scale projects.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards and codes (ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, etc.).
Experience reviewing and implementing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality
Control Plans (QCPs).
Familiarity with construction materials and laboratory/field testing procedures.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and QA/QC reporting tools.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites.

MSD is aligned within the Leidos Defense Systems Sector under the Sea Systems business unit. The scope of the business activities at the facility includes development and deployment of advanced technology solutions that address existing and emerging maritime missions of national importance for a broad range of customers across the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, other governmental agencies and commercial clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform program quality planning
Analyze program QA requirements, support the development of test procedures and inspection checklists
Participate in design and program reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs and process plans.
Review and approve new and revised drawings
Review and approve new and revised process plans
Perform quality inspections of components, subassemblies and completed assemblies
Witness required testing per approved test procedures, document findings
Document nonconforming materials and coordinate the material reviews and dispositions
Support the collection of Quality Metrics
Work with program teams and site leadership to proactively work corrective actions and opportunities for improvement, and ensure timely completion as required by Leidos policies
Analyze non-conformance trends to evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
Support the conduct and documentation of internal quality audits for the site, report results & document findings
Provide guidance and work with programs to establish root cause(s) and corrective actions for findings and requirement escapes
Review and provide input to program plans and other program documents in support of document accuracy and on-time delivery
Support proposal activities to ensure quality requirements and hours are documented and estimated properly for the scope of the work
Coordinate RMA returns and initiate and track supplier corrective action activity
Maintain approved supplier list and support supplier ratings
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience; or master's with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience

The Civil QA/QC Inspector will oversee the quality assurance and quality control aspects of civil construction work including earthworks, concrete, asphalt, utilities, drainage, and structural components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with applicable codes, standards, project specifications, and quality plans.
Essential Functions of the Position
* Conduct QA/QC inspections for all civil construction activities, including but not limited
to earthwork, foundation, concrete placement, utilities, roadways, and structural
components.
* Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
* Prepare and maintain daily inspection reports, test results, non-conformance reports
(NCRs), and corrective action documentation.
* Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with approved inspection and test plans
(ITPs).
* Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, consultants, and quality managers to address
any quality-related issues.
* Verify materials and workmanship meet the project's approved submittals and standards.
* Attend quality and coordination meetings as needed.
* Ensure that all inspection and testing records are properly documented and archived.
* Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring quality issues and suggesting
practical solutions.
Minimum Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil
Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
* Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in civil construction QA/QC, preferably in
infrastructure or large-scale projects.
* In-depth knowledge of industry standards and codes (ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, etc.).
* Experience reviewing and implementing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality
Control Plans (QCPs).
* Familiarity with construction materials and laboratory/field testing procedures.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and QA/QC reporting tools.
* Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites.
* Willing to travel to support projects when needed
Preferred Certifications (Not Required, but a Plus):
* ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I
* NICET Certification in Civil/Construction Inspection
* OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
* ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems knowledge
* QMS/QA-related training or certifications

Summary of Primary Functions: Conducts pre-pour and post-pour inspections to ensure that concrete members achieve tolerances as required by shop cards and PCI. Performs concrete testing, witnesses stressing, and establishes adequate curing controls.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products.
Inspect bed set-up according to shop drawings for proper size and placement of all reinforcement, including strands, plate location, all structural connections.

Perform concrete testing: slumps, unit weights, air content, release cylinders, 28 day cylinders.
Set-up steam clocks to insure proper curing temperature.
Monitor finishing procedures in finishing shed.
Inspect final products, note any nonconformance's and notify the Engineering Department for approval or repair work order. All conforming products receive a green tag, all nonconforming products requiring engineering approval receive a red tag.
Check red tagged members after they are repaired to insure that they conform to Engineering's requirements.
All non-conformances for engineering approval are to be drawn up and submitted in writing.
