D Crew Shift Hours: 6 pm-6 am; Every other Wednesday, every Thrusday, Friday and Saturday night.
Prioritizing safety while setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery, performing adjustments, and troubleshooting minor issues to maintain smooth operations.
Conducting rigorous quality control checks to uphold high standards.
Accurately logging production data, machine performance, and downtime for continuous improvement.
Mixing dry goods with precision and care.
Collaborating closely with teams to ensure seamless handoffs during shift change, and equipment repair.

Requirements to join our team:
Reliability with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
Production or manufacturing experience (food processing, manufacturing, warehousing, construction, or farming experience a plus).
Ability to regularly lift 55 lbs and stand for extended periods during a 12hr shift in a semi-dusty environment.
High school diploma or equivalent or successful completion of a company administered basic skills assessment.
Must pass preemployment screens including background and drug screen.
