Attend meetings for upcoming projects, new product launches, etc. Review and approve product samples for our customers and sales. Conduct product testing specific to testing that can't be conducted at press, such as customer specific lab testing, product line lab testing, etc. Conduct FASO approvals. Prepare Game Folders- set up review master proof, write up game 1 st article, make all labels for games paperwork, finishing paperwork for testing, QM Logs Audit Game Folders while in production and after production Prepare pharmaceutical press FASO paperwork prior to machine set-up review PO, Spec. Proof, Drawings; clarify any discrepancies with CS Pharmaceutical New Item Review Job Jacket/Specs with CSR- ensure all information necessary to complete pharmaceutical paperwork is in the jacket and if unavailable for the order ensure notes state appropriately so ā€œvalue addā€ in production is not stopped. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent experience); 2- or 4-year degree or 2-4 years of related experience/training acceptable. Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in labels or similar industries. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Math skills (including Algebra) and knowledge of printing/converting materials and technologies. Excellent communication and training skills; ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to travel for internal and customer visits and trials.
