The Staff / Senior Staff PLM Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for architecting, implementing, and governing Crusoe's global Product Lifecycle Management system. Ensures all testing or required operations that will be performed during the assigned shift are listed on the LAT/TPOD and/or SPOD. If testing or operations are not listed on the LAT/TPOD, the TD shall not proceed before obtaining an approved change to the LAT/TPOD and/or SPOD. Ensures all prerequisites are satisfied and shall brief the personnel supporting the test on the requirements for performance of the test. TD shall also brief the Shipyard and Ship's Watch/Duty Officer of test status. The TD shall hold all members of the test team accountable to the TWD and follow all instructions concerning the test documents. Prerequisites include but are not limited to: a. Conduct a thorough test boundary installation check. Perform test set-up and assembly of test equipment as directed by TWDs. Develop system alignments verify they are performed and complete. Conduct a review of approved procedures prior to performance. Resolve any test document questions/concerns prior to proceeding to test. Responsible for preventing or stopping work or testing which could prevent safe performance of operations listed on the LAT/TPOD or SPOD. Ensures the personnel supporting the test are briefed on the requirements for performance of the test. Upon completion of the test, the TD shall review the document for completion and evaluate shipyard shipboard test results and problems and take appropriate corrective actions. Restores the system to a safe condition, as specified in the test document, and notifies the ship's Duty Officer that testing is complete. Reviews Work Packages to determine the appropriate testing to be accomplished. Develop Supplemental Test Instructions to support required testing. Develop and maintain a Test and Inspection Plan. Provides technical support to the project interfacing with engineering, planning, and production personnel to define testing plan. Develops, writes and processes proposed tag outs WAFs (Work Authorization Forms) and the resulting TORS (Tag Out Records Sheets) when required. Daily interface with SF and project personnel, and interface functions with other test organizations as identified by the Test Engineer Manager are an integral part of this task. Attend project meetings to provide input as necessary. Qualifications EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in a mechanical or electrical discipline from an accredited college or university or AS in a mechanical or electrical discipline from an accredited college or university with additional working knowledge of Submarine structural, mechanical and/or electrical system repair/installations. In lieu of a degree, a graduate of a Shipyard Apprenticeship Program with a minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience in Submarine/Shipboard structural, mechanical and/or electrical system repair/installations; or qualified Submarines with six (6) years of experience performing Submarine structural, mechanical and/or electrical system repair/installations. EXPERIENCE: A minimum of five (5) years experience in Submarine structural, mechanical and/or electrical system repair/installations. Digital Twin Product Manager - Full Time Position We're building the digital backbone for the next generation of advanced nuclear systems - connecting design, construction, and operations data into a living, intelligent Digital Twin of the plant. As a Product Manager on the Digital Products & AI team, you'll define and deliver the software that makes this possible. You'll own critical products within our digital twin ecosystem - from design automation and construction simulation to AI-enabled operations insights. You'll translate complex engineering and business problems into scalable digital solutions that accelerate reactor delivery, improve reliability, and enable continuous learning across the plant lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of nuclear engineering, AI, and digital transformation. Working closely with engineering, IT, and partner teams, you'll turn data into actionable intelligence that shortens design cycles, de-risks delivery, and reduces cost for future reactors. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Products and AI, you'll be joining a small, high-impact team inside a company building one of the world's most advanced clean-energy systems. We're re-imagining how digital technology and AI accelerate the energy transition-combining the rigor of a regulated industry with the speed of modern software development. Responsibilities • Define and execute the roadmap for one or more digital twin products spanning design, construction, and operations. • Translate program needs into clear product requirements and success metrics that tie back to cost, schedule, and risk reduction. • Partner with engineering and IT teams to deliver data-integrated, model-based tools that connect simulations, models, and field data. • Drive integration of external platforms (e.g., PLM/ERP/CMMS systems) into a cohesive digital environment. • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deploy predictive and physics-informed models inside the twin ecosystem. • Manage delivery from prototype to production, ensuring compliance with nuclear-grade software assurance standards (e.g., NQA-1, V&V). • Engage directly with users - reactor engineers, construction teams, and operators - to refine products that make their work faster, safer, and more informed. • Measure and communicate product impact through data-driven metrics tied to FOAK/NOAK cost-down and performance goals. Key Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in product management, systems engineering, or digital program delivery within industrial, energy, or aerospace sectors. • Experience building or deploying digital twin, digital thread, or simulation-based data platforms. • Understanding of model-based engineering, data integration, and software product delivery lifecycles. • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems - engineering, IT, operations, vendors - to deliver end-to-end products. • Strong technical literacy and the ability to communicate with engineers, data scientists, and business leaders alike. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in regulated, safety-critical industries such as nuclear, aerospace, defense, or energy-familiar with rigorous engineering, quality assurance, and compliance environments. • Proficiency with digital engineering and data platforms, including integration or customization of tools such as Palantir Foundry, Azure Digital Twins, Siemens Teamcenter, AVEVA, or Autodesk. • Familiarity with advanced simulation and AI technologies, including cloud-based HPC workflows, physics-informed machine learning (PIML), surrogate modeling, and real-time monitoring analytics. • Exposure to data-driven optimization and predictive systems, such as supply-chain simulation, scheduling optimization, asset health monitoring, demand forecasting, or anomaly detection.
