Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 years' experience managing HVAC construction projects in the NYC public works sector. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction drawings, MEP coordination, and contract execution.
