Primary Duties: PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead and manage IT projects and associated system integrators to deliver programs/projects of medium to high complexity. Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget and that all deliverables are of the highest quality. (25%)
Lead and manage IT internal staff and product resources in accordance with IT Business Plan. Plan and manage scope, schedule, and budget for defined deliverables in accordance with IT project management standards. Develop project requirements, budgets and schedules, facilitate requirements meeting. Establish milestones, anticipate issues and monitor adherence to project scope, requirements and design document, schedules. Ensure project documentation is accurate and complies to standards. (20%)
Collaborate and influence the application of standard processes as defined within the Management Model. Oversee process improvement efforts and ensure adoption of standard processes and procedures that deliver sustainable top quartile cost and performance levels. (15%)
Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with business stakeholders including IT partners and vendors. Communicate status to key stakeholders on a regular basis, escalate risks as appropriate. (15%)
Evaluate performance and provide coaching for IT personnel. Participate in career development and succession planning processes. Promote diversity and foster teamwork, collaboration, and a learning organization. Provide input on development and retention processes for IT employees. (15%)

Minimum Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

PMP certification required within 2 years of being in role.

Role Description

**Primary Purpose**

Client Relationship Management: Support and help drive day-to-day client relationships and communications, ensuring campaigns move smoothly from concept through launch.
Timeline and Coordination: Support and help drive the development of tactical timelines and deliverables, coordinating with internal teams, clients, creative resources, and external partners (including credit bureaus, list processors, production suppliers, and digital developers).
Meeting Participation: Prepare and actively participate in internal and external (client or vendor) planning/status meetings, presenting updates and recommendations.
Campaign Execution
Campaign Requirements: Translate client objectives into clear campaign requirements, documentation, and marketing matrices.
Creative Development: Work closely with designers, and also write compelling copy as needed, to create marketing collateral that resonates with the target audience, aligns with the client's branding, and drives action.
Quality Assurance: Manage versioning of marketing collateral and, as needed, review production and creative audits for accuracy of content, data, specifications, and branding requirements.
Approval Management: Coordinate client reviews of campaign requirements and collateral to secure final approvals while ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
Continuous Improvement & Administration
Innovation and Optimization: Stay updated on industry/competitive trends and best practices in direct marketing, and review campaign results, in order to recommend innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and tests.
Financial Support: Support supplier invoice payments and client invoice preparation.
Documentation: Support reconciliation of internal and client-related documentation.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, account management, or a related field.
Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and juggle diverse tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and proofreading skills.
Process Documentation: Ability to understand and document detailed campaign processes and requirements.
Analytical Comfort: Comfort with calculations used in direct marketing campaign management and invoicing.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders. Possesses an affable personality with a strong history of effective relationship building skills and collaboration.
Client & Vendor Interaction (Preferred): Experience working directly with clients and vendors is preferred.

What You Will Do
· Under general direction, plans, develops, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates technical and administrative aspects of emergency medical services activities.
· Collaborate with department and entity leaders to design and implement EMS initiatives and market differentiators that are in alignment with strategic plan.
· Develop and implement strategically focused initiatives to support EMS service line growth.
· Serves as a liaison with other emergency medical service providers and governing agencies ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements or providing assistance and/or guidance to service providers as necessary.
· Acts as a liaison between EMS and ER leadership providing analytics which will be used to identify to performance improvement metrics (i.e. assumption to care times and wall times).
· Serve as entity representative for Regional and Statewide EMS meetings, conferences and seminars.
· Direct city-wide educational symposium for caregivers and EMS agencies as appropriate.
· Develop curriculum, market event and maintain required training records and/or rosters.
· Conduct case study reviews and provide recommendations to address training needs identified through the case
· study review.
· Reviews coordinated efforts, and identifies opportunities for improvement for more efficient and more effective treatment of time sensitive diseases.
· Support business growth strategies for EMS services in order to advance the tertiary care facility strategy.
· Reviews and evaluates current and future EMS issues and trends to ensure that emergency medical services reflect clinical best practices and evidence based care as well as the most current technology and service delivery alternatives.
· Facilitate team projects related to programmatic growth, which includes serving as a resource and subject matter expert to other Texas Health entities seeking to enhance their EMS services.
· Works as a Department and Entity resource/expert in the field of EMS.
· Utilize data collection and reporting tools to monitor and evaluate quality metrics as well as report outcomes.
· Create dashboards for monitoring trends.
· Identify opportunities for improvement in medical response, patient/employee safety, supplies, equipment and new practice methodologies.
· Work in collaboration with appropriate entity or system representatives to develop and implement solutions to address identified gaps.
· Monitoring changes in State/Federal regulations.
· Prepare and present recommendations regarding new or revised procedures to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained.
· Analyze data to identify trends or opportunities for improvement and recommend the appropriate course of action.
· Utilizes PDSA process for continuous improvement and/or sustained results.
