Pros of working at RDO Equipment Co.

Benefits are good pay is not the best

Cons of working at RDO Equipment Co.

Management is not qualified seen too many red flags. Hours are unpredictable struggling just for 40 hours a week. Would not recommend to friends. Was a dream job now its not. It's not what you know it's who you know. People get positions that they don't qualify for only reason they got it is because of who they know. If they tell you bonus checks are part of the job make sure it's on the contract they will not pay if it's verbal.
