Purpose:

Responsibilities:
Provide hands on support for all iPads, laptops and desktops.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Tier 3 Helpdesk Technician also known as Field Service Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of enterprise-level network infrastructure. Will act as a technical resource within the network engineering team, assisting in the planning and execution of network projects, troubleshooting complex network issues, and ensuring high levels of network performance and security. The role also involves contributing to documentation, change management, and adherence to industry best practices.

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 5 years of proven hands-on network engineering experience
Travel (Daily, local commute)
Strong knowledge in multiple infrastructure and internetworking methodologies
Technically proficient in switching, routing, security policy (firewall), and load balancing technologies; acts as internal consultant
Strong focus on network security and segmentation, with the ability to support environments subject to multiple, industry-specific compliance
Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
