The Nuclear Project SupportSpecialist III works independently with minimal supervision on moderate to complex actions and issues, requiring technical and organizational ability, accuracy, and independence. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining the department SharePoint site, working with project managers to track and monitor project files, ensuring Teams and SharePoint are updated, and managing access to project files. Responsibilities:
Perform under limited supervision with appropriate discretion and judgment, with minimal direction/support and management involvement of activities listed below (and others as needs arise).
Assist Project Manager(s) with the development and maintenance of project SharePoint site(s) for accurate records retention.
Converse with site users in person, via email, and phone to identify needs and access to the site(s)
Upload, publish, and archive documents to appropriate SharePoint location
Maintain and organize project documents including actions and statuses on appropriate SharePoint location.
Provide user training to project staff and others as needed.
Prepare and deliver written and oral communications to various groups.
Provide support to the Project Managers for all project closeout procedures; including but not limited to managing document duplication, scanning, printing, transmitting, and archiving.
Support in-processing efforts for new department employees as well as contract employees. This includes SSIS, processing paperwork for new hires, as well as termination and scheduling training.
Experience with all Microsoft program, including, Excel, Office, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
Incorporate all process and procedures that support project startup and closeout phases.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Must support the biennial refueling outage in capacity as designated.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferably Applied Management, Business, or Project Management) from an accredited college or university and 10+ years of experience; OR
Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in a management, technical, or science-related field and 12+ years of advanced administrative or technical experience; OR
High school diploma/GED and 14+ years of advanced administrative or technical experience.
Commercial nuclear power plant industry experience.
Previous administrative experience at a commercial nuclear site.

ProSidian Teams work to provide General Support Services Contractor (GSSC) assistance to support DOE Hanford in support of the Govt's operations, personnel management, and general administration of regional operations at the Hanford Site.
The Human Capital Technical Capability Specialist [also referred to as AMSE Federal Technical Capability Program Admin SupportSpecialist] shall work to support Human Capital Technical Capability requirements and provide Federal Technical Capability Program (FTCP) Administration Support to the Dept. of Energy (DOE), Richland Operations Office (RL), Office of the Assistant Manager for Safety and Environment (AMSE).
The VISION of the Federal Technical Capability Program (FTCP) is for DOE to be a technically proficient enterprise, with federal technical personnel overseeing Defense Nuclear Facilities in a manner that enables and enhances the DOE mission in a technically defensible fashion, while being recognized as preeminent in federal technical leadership and competency.

Assist in the TQP review as required in the Richland Operations Office (RL) & Office of River Protection (ORP) TQP Plan (Every 4 years).

Qualifications

Location: Richland, WA Duration: 12 months Duties: Provide advanced administrative and technical support to Construction and Project Management teams while working independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include maintaining project SharePoint and Teams sites; uploading, publishing, archiving, and organizing project documentation; tracking project files and statuses; and supporting project startup and closeout activities.
Additional duties include providing SharePoint user support and training, preparing written and oral communications, supporting employee and contractor in-processing and off-boarding, coordinating training activities, supporting the biennial refueling outage as assigned, and performing other related duties.
Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneNote Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong technical aptitude and customer service mindset Experience: Required (one of the following): Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of advanced administrative or technical experience OR Associate degree and 4+ years of advanced administrative or technical experience OR High School diploma/GED and 6+ years of advanced administrative or technical experience Desired: Experience supporting nuclear or large-scale engineering projects Prior SharePoint-focused administrative support experience Nice to Have (Desired but Not Required): PMP Certification Construction Management Certification Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
