JANUS et Cie is currently seeking a Help Desk Technician in our IT Department. The Help Desk Technician is the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance by phone, e-mail or through the Help Desk ticketing system. The Help Desk Technician's main task is to identify, diagnose and, where possible, resolve the technical issue or escalate the case to other IT members. The Help Desk Technician will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice and solutions where possible.

Hourly Range-$28-$30 an hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Provide excellent internal customer support via telephone and e-mail.
Respond to help desk tickets submitted by customers seeking help; direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Query customers to determine the nature of problems; walk the customer through the problem-solving processes
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware, peripherals, and software as needed
Act as liaison between customer and external hardware service providers (on site repairs, managed print services) as needed
Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved.
Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
Document procedures as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
AA or equivalent experience required
Certification as IT Technician (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) will be an advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft user administrator (AD, AD Azure), Office 365 and Windows and Mac OS are a must. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and CRM is helpful but not critical.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed

Overview:
We are seeking independent, energetic technology-driven professional to become a part of our North American-Based Business Network Support Specialist. This position will focus on our SMB/Enterprise product lines and our North American customer base. You will serve as the first point of contact for any network support related issues and inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner through live phone, chat, and email support. Additionally, you will document support tickets, escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary, and ensure that all incidents are resolved according to service level agreements.
Responsibilities:
* Provide customer support by phone, chat, and email.
* Troubleshoot and resolve networking related problems in a timely manner.
* Uncover customer's needs, creating solutions, and resolving problems.

Job Summary: The EHR Application Specialist 2 is responsible for the ongoing design, build, testing, validation and ongoing support of mission critical application(s). In addition, this position requires the ability to independently interact with clients and demonstrate critical thinking and follow through skills when developing solutions to identified issues. These services may be provided for both the LLUMC and LLUCH hospitals. Perform other duties as needed.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree required in computer science, information systems, healthcare, or a related field. Experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. Minimum two years of experience in healthcare, information technology, or a related field required. Minimum two years of experience with Epic or other healthcare systems is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills: Solid knowledge of the business/operational area supported by application. Knowledge and understanding of related Information Technology trends and applications. Solid knowledge of clinical or business/revenue cycle workflow in healthcare. Able to read; write legibly; speak in English with professional quality; use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Working knowledge of project management software such as MS Project, Access, and other project management tools. Relate and communicate positively and effectively with others; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; collaborate; accept direction. Deal effectively with people and elicit support from other department areas, vendors, and customers. Excellent analytic and documentation skills. Organize technical work; demonstrate excellent planning, problem solving, analysis, and presentation skills; analyze and interpret data, processes and needs based on limited information; make recommendations; manage time effectively and plan and implement objectives effectively. Think critically and work independently; perform basic math and statistical functions; compose written material; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail. Able to distinguish colors as necessary; hear sufficiently for general conversation in person and on the telephone and identify and distinguish various sounds associated with the workplace; see adequately to read computer screens, and written documents necessary to the position.
Licensures and Certifications: Certification in primary EPIC application is required within assigned Epic applications.

What You Bring
At least 2 years in an MSP or multi-client IT environment

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
