Qualifications
Education and Experience:

This is a
Computer Field Technician Position
doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. To be successful in this position,
you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 1-3 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Must have prior hands on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be comfortable with daily local travel

Gensco currently has an amazing opportunity available to join our Technical Services Team serving in the Southern Oregon Region as an HVAC Technical Support Representative! This position will be based out of Southern Oregon and will require some travel.
Starting pay range $95,000 - $120,000 based on experience and qualifications.
Summary
The ideal candidate for this position will provide technical support and training for equipment sold by Gensco by offering guidance on installation, service, and repair to Customer's technicians in the field and Gensco Team Members.
This person will be proactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriately.
Act as a liaison between the factory and Gensco customers and Team Members on technical matters about the equipment sold by Gensco
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide technical knowledge about the equipment sold by Gensco to customers and Team Members via phone, email, text, and field site visit
Provide consultation to customers on the technical aspects of equipment installation, service, and repair
Act as a liaison between the factory and Gensco customers and Team Members on technical matters about equipment sold by Gensco
Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, strong people skills, and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software
Skills and Qualifications
2-year degree and/or equivalent work experience required
5+ years of related work experience and excellent technical knowledge of HVAC industry preferred

Behavioral Research and Teaching (BRT), a research unit within the University of Oregon's College of Education, investigates a variety of problems related to teaching and learning. Position Summary
The Product Support Specialist is the primary position responsible for assisting customers in the use of our software and developing resources for the system. This position also develops and maintains user documentation, manuals, trainings, frequently-asked-questions sites, and marketing for BRT products. In addition, this position assists with BRT publications and research projects to accomplish BRT objectives.
Typical work activities associated with this position include but are not limited to serving as the liaison between customers and the software development teams, independently communicating (email and phone) with individuals and groups at all levels of the K-12 education to interpret information and respond to inquiries, provide direction, and resolve issues. This position also communicates on a regular basis with the software development teams, including the Director and Co-Director who manage the product. This position reports directly to the Business Manager.

This position requires skill in interpreting, explaining, and clarifying software processes, rules, and procedures to faculty, staff, and customers. Minimum Requirements
This classification requires a basic foundation of knowledge and skills of technology and information systems generally obtained through an AA degree in computer science, information systems, educational technology, communications, or related fields, or similar certified course work in applicable fields of study and at least one year of related work experience.

Conduct regular checks of store shelf tags to ensure continued distribution and assist with reordering of product.
Ensure that all retail objectives and shelf standards are met and maintained in assigned territory.
Keep sections set to customer's schematic or stocking plan as is required or beneficial to manufacturer or clients.
Maintain 100% distribution of all manufacturer-client products approved by the Kroger family of companies or Planogram (POG) team.
Sell and service all principal accounts represented by Empire to ensure all the authorized items are on shelf and priced and tagged properly.
Promotional Display Maintenance
Set up displays of manufacturer or client brands while working within the guidelines of customer regulations and manufacturer/client display objectives.
Coordinate activities and cooperate with Operations regarding the execution of promotional programs, including reporting and future order requirements.
Execute point-of-sale material and Instant Redeemable Coupons to stores as required by the manufacturer or client and approved by the retailer.
Retail Team Support
May be asked to periodically backup the retail team with other duties including:
Maintain and update all territorial records.
Carefully review all sales reports to maintain awareness of progress toward assigned goals.
Maintain competitive awareness and promptly report all information through proper channels.
Report completely and on time using forms supplied and with the frequency requested.
Utilization of reporting tools such as PowerBI or Go Spot Check to report on specific goals and targets.
Establish and maintain rapport with all store personnel in assigned territories.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
