What You Will Do: Guidehouse is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support a client in implementing and maintaining a portfolio of data reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools.
Duties will include:
Working with clients to identify reporting requirements, develop dashboards and visualizations, automate business processes, and build predictive models to inform decision-making for critical initiatives.
Uncovering hidden insights from data and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders in ways that are consumable and engaging.
Aggregating, cleaning, and transforming data to support dashboards and visualizations, as well as coordinating data needs and report parameters with customers.
Tracking and reporting the status of report requests to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
What You Will Need:
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.

Position Summary
Provides accurate, efficient, and timely student data services to support district, campus, and departmental operations. Analyzes, designs, and enhances data systems and processes to meet district needs for student and staff information. Manages the automated collection, integration, and distribution of data across multiple platforms and third-party systems. Develops SQL queries, scripts, and workflows to ensure seamless data exchange and system functionality. Oversees database administration and maintenance, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. Evaluates, tests, and implements improvements to core and enterprise applications. Provides end-user support, documentation, and training to promote effective use of district information systems.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
* Two (2) years of experience focused on systems analysis, database management, application development, and operating systems.

Data Management & Analysis:
* Gathers and analyzes user requirements to design and implement effective, functional system solutions.
* Applies advanced analytical skills to develop end-user tools and processes that enhance operational efficiency.
* Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving data integrity issues within databases.

Design, build, and maintain predictive and prescriptive models to identify key factors affecting pilot performance and program outcomes. Develop data collection protocols and standardize evaluation tools across the enterprise.
Serve as a subject matter expert on data collection, measurement strategies, and return on- investment analyses. Advise the CRAFT Program Director on relevant metrics and longitudinal performance indicators.
Design and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and analytic tools to communicate results to stakeholders. Ensure products meet the needs of end-users and senior leaders while preserving data integrity.
Collaborate with the Database Administrator and developer teams to integrate analytic tools into existing applications and web platforms. Support the development of backend architecture and workflows that enable seamless data usability.
Support stakeholder engagement and research by preparing proposals, test plans, technical documentation, reports, and briefings. Assist with study design and present findings to CRAFT Program Office and external stakeholders.
Track data science projects and deliverables using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Planner) on NIPR. Maintain transparency by sharing project boards with the CRAFT Program Office and PM team.
Monitor evolving technologies and methods in data science and machine learning.
Proactively update data tools and techniques in alignment with best practices and program needs.
Provide on-site or virtual support to other CRAFT locations, including those without existing programs, to ensure continuity in data analytics, tool deployment, and stakeholder engagement.
Complete all required CRAFT compliance training and documentation, including CRAFT Program Familiarization, HPO Inappropriate Relationships and Harassment Training and Acknowledgment, DOD/DISA Information Systems Policy, social media Policy, and PII Training. Maintain records of training completion and credentialing for Government review upon request.
Participate in all CRAFT Program Office calls and leadership syncs and contribute to collaborative working groups to ensure alignment with program goals and analytic standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Secret clearance required.
Possess 2+ years' data mining and/or 4+ years in a data analyst, engineer, or scientist role.
Proficient understanding and working knowledge of computer, e-mail, voice mail, and telephone texts to perform duties.
Additionally, be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
Preferrable knowledge and background in human performance data. Familiarity with fighter wing culture is also highly desired.
Preferred experience or background in human performance or behavior health.

What you'll do:
Analyze large sets of data from the commercial program and operational performance to inform LEAP program decisions, plans and forecasts
Work with a cross-functional team to build Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning (SIOP) forecasts and data models to support efficient and effective programs planning
Building dashboards, and reports across the Value Stream to support the LEAP
operations, business processes, and commitments to customers and OEMs
Develop and run simulations to test hypothesis or validate proposed business solutions and changes, ensuring that risks are identified and managed, and that long term implications of decisions are analyzed and addressed
Working closely with IT to identify requirements for data and analytics, identifying
solutions and opportunities for improving our data environment and maturity
Working closely with business process owners and teams in mapping out current
processes and future state to identify opportunities for improvement in system or methods
Developing presentations and reports to communicate findings and present recommendations based on analysis performed
Document assumptions, calculations, methodologies and findings, and garnering stakeholder support, buy-in or approval as required to ensure business continuity and credibility of data presented and analysis performed
Working with subject matter experts (SMEs) and process owners to validate data and resolve data issues, ensuring long term solutions are in place to continually improve data quality and process discipline across the value stream
Basic Qualifications
3+ Years' experience in program analysis in a complex, data-rich, and highly regulated industry preferred
Undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics preferred; Business (with strong focus and experience in analytics), Management Science, will also be considered.
Demonstrated ability to use business acumen to derive and inform commercial insights from operational data
Ability to think “Big Picture” and at a systems level to develop value-stream level data & BI solutions that allow teams to collaborate
Ability to present methodologies, assumptions and conclusions to different types of audiences - from front line teams to executive leadership
Ability to pull and synthesize data from various sources
Proficiency and experience in use of statistical formulas, techniques and applications
Strong written communication skills in multiple formats (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, email) to support commercial reporting requirements
Comfortable with ambiguity, dynamic environments and evolving requirements in a startup/ stand up setting
Comfortable working in office and manufacturing environment
