Essential Job Functions Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI or other BI tools. Design, build, and maintain reliable data models and transformations in the warehouse (e.g., dbt or SQL-based modeling). Implement and monitor ELT/ETL pipelines from product databases and third-party tools, with support from the software engineering team for infrastructure where needed. Partner with business stakeholders to translate questions into data solutions and provide exploratory analysis when required. Present insights, recommendations, and narratives to leadership teams and internal stakeholders in clear, compelling ways. Develop, maintain, and champion data definitions, business rules, and data quality standards across the organization. Requirements Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Economics or related discipline). 6+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering or similar roles 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases. Experience designing and delivering advanced reports, dashboards, and analytical products. Experience with advanced SQL and data modeling (dimensional models, star schemas, warehouse concepts) are the most critical skills. Experience with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.), plus some exposure to ETL/ELT tools and dbt or similar transformation frameworks. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated success presenting to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
