Monitor the health of integrations and platforms, implementing proactive alerting, job monitoring, and performance optimization. Ensure reliability, availability, and scalability of business-critical systems, meeting defined SLAs and reliability metrics. Own CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows for Salesforce and integration assets, ensuring smooth and safe deployments. Troubleshoot, support, and continuously improve integrations and system processes to reduce operational toil. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions. Drive process improvements and automation to enhance system stability, performance, and developer efficiency. What you should have: 3+ years of professional experience as an integration engineer, Salesforce developer, or platform engineer. Strong Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL). Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and secure data transmission protocols (OAuth, HTTPS, SFTP, etc.). Experience with monitoring and alerting practices for system health and integrations. Familiarity with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Tray, etc.) and at least one full lifecycle implementation. Strong knowledge of Git-based workflows and CI/CD practices. Ability to balance multiple projects with high attention to detail and accountability for reliability. What we hope you have: MuleSoft Developer certification or proven MuleSoft project experience. Experience integrating Salesforce with systems like NetSuite, Snowflake, Stripe, SalesLoft, or Marketo. Familiarity with API-first design standards (RAML/OpenAPI).
