You'll partner directly with tech leaders using your experience supporting HR processes with IT and technical divisions to solve real people challenges, build high‑performing teams, and drive meaningful change. We're looking for a proactive, HRBP who shows up as a true partner with our IT and technical Operations team. This is someone who can navigate complexity, move quickly, and balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance. The HRBP provides expert guidance in areas such as workforce planning, talent management, associate relations, organizational development, and change management. This role acts as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues while serving as an associate champion and change agent.
The HRBP will provide HR guidance, analyze metrics, resolve associate relations issues, and work with management to improve work relationships and productivity. The HRBP provides consultation to assigned business units and/or functional areas to formulate partnerships across the HR function, working to deliver value-added service to management and associates that reflect the business objectives of the organization. This role will be responsible for delivering all HR services leveraging other HR experts as appropriate for the full associate lifecycle, including recruiting, selection, onboarding, engagement, development, performance management, rewards, and offboarding.
Responsibilities
HRBP supporting the Business, Operations, and Technology (BOT) Division
Strategic Alignment: Working with the IT side of the business means strategies can shift rapidly. The HRBP must be highly adaptable, able to quickly adjust HR processes to support evolving organizational needs.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Supporting the IT discipline requires close collaboration with hiring managers to identify talent needs, craft job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies, both with direct hire and also temps/contractors to ensure we have dynamic solutions for planned and urgent, unique needs. The HRBP should also be prepared to design or review the Associate Value Proposition (AVP) to attract top technology talent.
Associate Development and Training: The IT landscape evolves quickly. The HRBP shares responsibility for identifying skill gaps and implementing training and development programs to upskill associates. They must also ensure associates have access to the necessary resources and opportunities to grow.
Performance Management: IT leaders are often highly skilled in their technical domains but may need support in leadership fundamentals. The HRBP plays a key role in guiding them on setting performance expectations, conducting regular reviews, and addressing performance issues effectively.
Associate Engagement and Retention: IT departments face intense competition for talent. The HRBP must help foster a positive work environment, address associate concerns, and develop retention strategies to keep valuable technology professionals engaged and committed to the organization.
Understanding of Capital Projects: The HRBP should understand the strategies in play, what planned needs need to be fulfilled, and what we are planning for.
Additionally:
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Provide guidance and support on organizational design, workforce planning and talent development planning to support the business strategy and organizational goals.
Lead and support performance management, succession planning, and associate engagement initiatives.
Lead performance improvement and support with divisional leadership to ensure alignment with company performance policy, practices, and standards and provide leadership training to support positive performance measures.
Manage complex associate relations issues, conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COE) such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning and Development and HR Generalists to achieve company and business unit initiatives and needs.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies in partnership with the HR COE Leadership.
Develops and analyzes data to guide business leaders in planning and execution of people related strategies.
Drive change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement ensuring success. Proactively challenge the status quo and / or innovative ideas to ensure decisions are consistent with organizational standards, policy, and culture.
Coach and develop managers on effective leadership and people management practices.
Serves as a member of the leadership team for assigned business units and functions.
Consults with Leadership to provide HR guidance, policy interpretation, coaching, and partnership to resolve associate relations, drive engagement and performance, and effectiveness in talent selection.
Works closely with management and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Collaborate with HR COE Leadership to ensure efficient and effective hiring, onboarding, and offboarding of staff.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with legal counsel as needed/required.
Partners with HR Leadership on people-focused communication and implementation of initiatives and services.
Identifies training needs for assigned business units and functions and provides individual leadership coaching as needed.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in human resource management or business-related discipline or equivalent experience required.
• Certification/Licenses: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR is preferred.
• Experience:
o 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a business partner or consultative role required.
o Prior experience supporting BOT functions, specifically IT
o Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
o Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
o Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment preferred.
o Familiarity with data analytics and HR metrics.
o Knowledge of general human resource programs, policies, and procedures related to employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, leave administration, EEO/AAP administration, understanding of state and federal laws related to employment practice strongly desired.

Your Role
The TechOps team supports Elanco manufacturing and Research & Development (R&D) sites across the North American region. This role, Site IT Analyst, is based at the Winslow, ME manufacturing facility and serves as the primary on-site IT owner for the location, with occasional support for other sites across North America.
This position provides end-to-end, hands-on IT support for site infrastructure, end-user technologies, and local IT services in a regulated manufacturing and laboratory environment. The role focuses on assessing, maintaining, and remediating site IT capabilities in alignment with Elanco standards, while ensuring reliable day-to-day operations and effective delivery of local IT projects.

**Job Description**
1. Works independently and within a cross functional highly collaborative team environment to provide advanced support and troubleshooting on a wide range of laboratory instrument-associated software packages.

The Position
This role anticipates and analyzes users requirements to design new IT application solutions and/or enhancements to existing application solutions in meeting new business needs and in solving business problems. The base compensation range for this position is $116,810 to $216,100. Base compensation is determined based on a number of factors. This position is also eligible for a company bonus based on individual and company performance.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Senior SystemAnalyst to serve as the primary expert responsible for the governance, documentation, and compliance lifecycle of our GxP-critical SAP Enterprise Applications. This role is central to maintaining our validated state by rigorously managing Change Control, Test Execution, and all required GxP documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, Protocols) for SAP S/4HANA systems used across Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. GxP Documentation & Quality System Management
* Documentation Authoring: Lead the development, review, and maintenance of all GxP-critical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and associated policy documents for SAP system usage and support.
* Requirements & Design: Collaborate directly with business users to finalize User Requirements Specifications (URS) and translate them into detailed Functional Specifications (FS) for system changes, ensuring traceability to testing protocols.
* Audit Support: Maintain the document repository to ensure all validation and change records are complete, accurate, and readily available for internal and external regulatory inspections (e.g., FDA, EMA).
2. Change Control & Execution Leadership
* Change Management Process: Lead the change control process for all SAP system modifications (implementations, upgrades, config changes, system enhancements) from inception to deployment.
* Impact Assessment: Conduct thorough Impact Assessments for all proposed GxP system changes to identify potential risks to the validated state, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
* Change Control Board (CCB): Participate the Change Control Board (CCB) process, facilitating meetings, documenting decisions, and ensuring necessary functional and QA approvals are obtained before implementation.
* Execution & Coordination: Assist with the generation of change requests, lead the actual Change Execution in the system, and coordinate technical and functional teams to ensure timely and compliant implementation.
3. Testing, Validation & Compliance Execution
* Test Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive Test Documentation, including creation of detailed test scripts (IQ/OQ/PQ) and traceability matrices, ensuring alignment with URS and FS.
* Test Execution: Lead and perform the execution of validation testing (IQ, OQ, PQ) and coordinate integration and system-level tests, ensuring all results and deviations are properly documented and resolved.
* Compliance Expertise: Support GxP applications and systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards such as GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11 (Electronic Records and Signatures), Computer System Validation (CSV) principles, and evolving guidance from regulatory bodies.
4. Collaboration & SAP Functional Support
* Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between IT functional teams, Quality Assurance (QA), and key business process owners (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain) to facilitate smooth change implementation.
* Configuration Support: Provide functional support by assisting in the configuration and customization of SAP S/4HANA modules relevant to pharmaceutical operations (e.g., QM, PP, MM, SD).
* System Improvement: Propose alternate processes and procedures to streamline IT operations, increase efficiency, and ensure systems are optimized while remaining compliant.

* Establish governance processes for change control, periodic review, system monitoring, and release readiness.
* Ensure electronic records and signatures comply with regulatory requirements.
* Proactively identify system risks, gaps, and compliance exposures; drive mitigation actions.
* Collaborate closely with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and IT leaders.
* Translate business needs into system requirements and scalable solutions.
Education and Experience
Required Experience & Skills
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a SystemAnalyst, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant role supporting SAP ERP systems, with significant exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
* 5 + years of direct, hands-on experience leading GxP Change Control and Validation execution within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
* Expertise in GxP regulations including 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, and Computer System Validation principles.
* Proven experience in authoring GxP Documentation (SOPs, WIs, URS, FS, Test Scripts, Validation Protocols).
* Deep functional knowledge of at least two core SAP modules relevant to Pharma (e.g., QM, PP, MM, SD).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an exceptional ability to focus on detail and documentation accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively with Quality Assurance and senior business stakeholders.
Preferred Experience & Skills
* Experience with SAP Change Management tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager/CHARM) and Cloud ALM.
* Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) integration with SAP (e.g., Veeva Quality).
* Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) applications.
* Relevant SAP or ITIL certifications.
The base salary range for this role is $99,400 to $123,800. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.

Your Role: IT Infrastructure Technician
The TechOps team supports Elanco manufacturing and Research & Development (R&D) sites across the North American region. This role-IT Infrastructure Technician-is based at the Clinton, IN Manufacturing facility and provides hands-on IT support for site infrastructure, end-user technologies, and local IT services in a regulated manufacturing and laboratory environment.

Your Responsibilities
Ensure continuity and reliability of critical IT processes, hardware, and software components to support uninterrupted business operations.
Provide standard and non-standard technical support to end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues effectively and efficiently, including break/fix, install, move, add, and change (IMAC) support for PCs, laptops, iDevices, printers, Windows 11, Microsoft Office, O365, MS Teams video conferencing systems, and telephony.
