Summary This position will work closely with sales teams to determine the best strategic approach for every sales pitch by providing timely and relevant information related to the Washington, DC and Baltimore metro area commercial real estate markets. Strong experience working with data dashboards, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, BigQuery), and Excel-based analysis. Experience synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data into clear insights for leadership and stakeholders. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence tools, and agile framework methodologies. Experience preparing executive-level reports, insight summaries, and data-driven briefing materials.
