Generate and maintain information on intelligence workforce
Work with other data analysts to visualize data derived for DOD and IC databases, showcasing baseline and trend analysis as well as comparative analysis of data.
Conduct data analyses and predictive modeling of human capital program performance
Conduct annual analysis of performance management results scores, by component, to determine ratings distributions by component, occupation, work-level, and GG grade and demographic group using EEOC reporting categories.
Conduct annual analysis of performance-based payouts of base pay and bonuses
REQUIRED SKILLS
Four-year undergraduate degree from a nationally accredited university 2+ years experience in database and business intelligence reporting tools.
2+ years of subject matter expertise experience working with intelligence information systems or architecture supporting the combatant commands, services, or the Intelligence Community.
2+ years of experience data-mining in databases such as CMIS, DCPDS, ADVANA and other similar tool; visualizing analysis discovered from data-mining
1+ years experience with visualizing data in databases

Summary
This position will work closely with sales teams to determine the best strategic approach for every sales pitch by providing timely and relevant information related to the Washington, DC and Baltimore metro area commercial real estate markets.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for high-volume production of all market research deliverables to support the sales process, such as market snapshots, market reports, labor analytics, economic overviews, industry trends, white papers, commute analysis, etc., ensuring accuracy and quality of work, and executed in a timely manner
Gather business intelligence to support recommended insights and solutions that address prospect's corporate real estate needs
Perform the research, data gathering and analysis necessary to determine the requirements for new sales pitches
Collect available data to analyze competitors' marketing, strategies and tactics in the marketplace
Prepare quarterly research market reports in primary markets and submarkets
Use internal and external sources to track relevant market information to assist transaction managers in staying up to date on market activity

Update and maintain external lease comparable, tenants in the market, and market news information

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
B.A. in business, economics, urban planning, or related field

Alliance to Save Energy The Policy Associate is responsible for supporting the Policy and Communications team on tasks related to federal policy, including legislative tracking and analysis, writing facts sheets and position briefs and managing the Policy & Programs Building Envelope Technologies Subcommittee. He/she will also support the Alliance's strategic initiatives as needed. This individual will report directly to the VP of Policy & Research and will be expected to work collaboratively across the organization and with a myriad of external stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Policy & Communications team's point-person on transportation and built environment related topics, with responsibilities to include: reading reports, attending hearings and meetings, keeping the team informed of legislative and political developments, and assisting in developing legislative proposals for next generation policies.
• Manage the Policy & Programs Building Envelope Technologies Subcommittee, including managing the Committee roster, scheduling meetings, developing meeting materials, managing logistical arrangements and drafting meeting minutes;
• Track all energy-productivity related federal legislation, including development of bill summaries and legislation side-by-side comparison documents;
• Contribute to or lead the preparation of whitepapers, reports, fact sheets, and similar products in support of Alliance federal policy efforts;
• Draft audience-specific messaging and frame Alliance positions for presentations, talking points, and speeches on energy efficiency topics and legislation for use by senior policy staff.
• Contribute media content regularly to the Alliance website and newsletter (i.e., blog posts, articles, other media pieces, etc.).
• Assist in the development of Alliance positions on federal legislative proposals and rulemakings.
• Manage the planning and execution of Congressional Education Day and congressional briefings;
• Provide management or analytical support to Alliance strategic initiatives (e.g., SEI and transportation) as requested;
• Represent the Alliance at meetings with fellow energy efficiency advocates and on Capitol Hill, and,
• Provide administrative support to the senior policy staff on projects and policy initiatives as needed, including scheduling congressional meetings, webinars, etc.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in energy or environmental studies, political science, government relations, public policy or related field.

Compensation:

The Commonwealth Fund's Policy program aims to equip policymakers with the evidence they need to make informed decisions. To that end, the Policy program anticipates and responds to emerging policy opportunities with research and analysis produced by Commonwealth Fund experts and grantees. Our focus is:

General Position Description
The Program Associate, based in the Washington, D.C. office, reports to the Senior Vice President for Policy.
Specific Responsibilities
Grants management
Manage all aspects of the grant process: preparation of grant proposal timetables, proposal summaries and materials, payment and reporting schedules, and letters of agreement; tracking of grantee products and budgets, including papers and presentations, and scheduling grant payments accordingly; help plan meetings, forums or conferences related to grantee work; and help maintain overall Fund-grantee relationships. Responsible for streamlining grant tracking methods and communication between the program and grantees to ensure timeliness of reports and products.
